Lovely Family Vacation Home

We’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes on VRBO.. even in the area… absolutely nothing compares. Everything in the home is thoughtfully curated for a much needed family vacation. The beds, linens and towels are lovely. The kitchens are perfect. The cookware and utensils aren’t cheap afterthoughts. The views are gorgeous. The landscaping is well done. The amenities, grounds and river access are excellent. It truly feels like an elevated and comforting version of home. The location is exceptional. You can walk to so many places - or bike! We WILL definitely book again. Thank you, Robin!!!

Lovely Home on the River

This was a lovely little home on the river with all the amenities one could ask for. Very well kept and I appreciated that all of the "extra" items available, such as bikes, kayaks, etc were in great condition and ready for use. We would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous property - super clean and comfortable

Great location easy walking or biking (bikes provided) to trails, shopping, restaurants. Deep river front for swimming, floating and kayaking (provided). Nicely updated, very clean comfortable house with river toys games and everything you need, and with the ability to add to your party with the garage apartment. Great property!

Family Time

The house was just as described and had everything we needed and more! Great location in town - we walked to Mamacita's - and right on the river. We loved being able to hop in the kayaks and paddle in both directions and just float. The house was by far one of the cleanest rental properties we have ever had!! Definitely recommend this gem.

Exceeded our expectations!

We’ve stayed in dozens of VRBO’s and this property was one of our favorites. Well stocked kitchen and home, supremely comfortable beds and bedding, perfect size, beautiful decor and colors and the home was VERY clean. We were so impressed (which is hard to do.) Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Spring time on the Guadalupe

Beautiful backyard! House is exactly as pictured. There is an apartment upstairs available for separate rent, which I don’t think I knew. It was not an issue for us - separate access and largely separate spaces. Just something to know- particularly if you’d want to rent both spaces.

Spring Break Retreat

Loved our short getaway here for Spring Break - had 2 14 y/o teen boys who especially loved going kayaking, bike riding & fishing. Safe, quiet town - grocery store down the road. Host stocked placed generously w/coffee and even a bottle of vino to greet us! We had nice BBQ, S’Mores.. kitchen fully equipped. We didn’t even want to leave much because we enjoyed staying in, hanging down by the river and fishing. Bed was super cozy and we felt at home. Loved the ducks who came to greet us. Such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to plan another trip back to this very same spot again!

Kerrville January weekend

The property is absolutely wonderful, very clean, the view is spectacular, and so many places to relax indoors and out, and river toys to play with! It was also a perfect location. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Thank you so much for a throughly enjoyable time.

Great place to stay for our short visit to Kerrville. Property was very clean and fully stocked. Back porch was perfect for our morning coffee overlooking the river. We will definitely book again next time in town!

Amazing place!

We spend Thanksgiving weekend with the family here, we cook Thanksgiving dinner and everything was perfect! Robin was very attentive and the attention to detail was just perfect! We had a wonderful time, and we will be back!

Perfect spot in Kerrville!

Great location right on the water and convenient to restaurants, etc. Property is always very clean and Robin is very helpful if you need her. We've stayed here twice before and will continue to stay here when we come back to Kernville!

Beautiful place with great river access

Rented because it was on the river and wanted to do some fishing from kayaks. Got try out my new fishing paddle board too. Caught several bass up and down the river. The bridge to the west was a hot spot. If you paddle to the East as far as you can go there’s a great swimming area! The yard is pretty and relaxing.

Serenity at the River

This property was the perfect location for my husband and I and our granddaughter to have a little Kerrville getaway before dropping her off at camp. The river view from the back porch was delightful, and the house provided all the amenities we needed.

Lovely little river spot right in Kerrville

I was looking for a hill country river week for the family and this property delivered. The "back" yard is all by itself a mini-paradise to hang out in and we used the river access one way or another every day. The house itself was very clean and comfortable as well as convenient to town including restaurants and groceries.

Accommodations, and amenities were excellent. Nice, quiet location. We were impressed with the thought that was put into the furnishings, and available recreational equipment. Will definitely be at the top of our list on future visits to Kerrville.

Sparkling clean and Beautifully appointed!

The view is perfection. Homey and welcoming atmosphere. Could not ask for anything more in the way of comfortable beds, available household items and comfort. I don’t think I’ve never been in a vacation home so very clean! And the hosts anticipated our every need and answered every question promptly and fully! The steps to the water were too steep for me, just to be informative. However, I have limited mobility. I watched young ones make their way up and down with no problem. The location was SO central to everywhere that we headed to a nearby park within a few minutes that had access and I swam my heart out. As close as it was to everything, you felt like you were in a secluded area. It was so quiet and peaceful! I look forward to visiting again!

Beautiful location

We rented both the main house and upstairs apartment for a week in June. Our second visit. We loved it, the River, the location, backyard, kayaks, bikes, everything. Very relaxing and peaceful. Great for kids and adults.
