Amazing and Gorgeous

Very very very CLEAN! Had everything you would need including coffee. The deer literally were feeding in the front and back yard very peaceful. My favorite part was the record player which worked and had great options and the front porch swing. Beds very comfortable! Conveniently located. Host was very engaging and welcoming ensuring we were ok and didn’t need anything.

Perfect spot for the weekend

Great home and area of Kerrville, TX. Close to downtown. House was exceptionally clean and stocked with essentials, i.e. pots, pans, toiletries, books, games. The hot tub was very clean, and we enjoyed using it. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice Weekend Getaway

We stayed with another couple. Great location for walking to Water Street and restaurants. Excellent communication with owners. Sitting on the deck in the evenings was delightful. The fun treat though were the deer that freely roam the neighborhood and visit multiple times through the day.

Clean, quiet, has everything you need and everything works. Loved the open concept floor plan, felt roomy and spacious. Shower was large, hot, great water pressure. The location was just blocks from downtown but in a quiet residential area which was perfect for us. Will be my top choice for the next time I visit the area! We didn’t try the hot tub as it was rainy and cool but the deck would be delightful in warmer weather.

This property is a jewel! If we had stayed longer we would have utilized the hot tub on the deck. Everything was just perfect and cottage appointed with all convienances! So close to Schreiner where we were moving our daughter into her dorm!

Comfortable, Cute, Quiet, Convenient Getaway

We booked this house for our week long stay in Kerrville. Our son was attending a camp nearby and opted to work remotely in Kerrville vs trekking back and forth. The internet speed worked great for us. The house has 2 comfortable king beds, two beautiful en-suite bathrooms, lovely front porch, lovely back porch. It was too hot to hang on the patios. But we enjoyed seeing the deer in the yard and the close proximity to the coffee shop, HEB, and restaurants. We’d gladly come back.

Amazing Bungalow

An absolutely amazing property! The hosts were great, the neighborhood extremely quiet, close to downtown within easy walking distance. Upscale new bathrooms and kitchen. Beautifully decorated. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever had on vacation. The hosts thought through every detail for their guests to feel at home. The biggest surprise and delight was the herd of deer that are present in this neighborhood. My only disappointment was the backyard fence was not completely enclosed, so our dog could be off leash. The host stated the reason being is this neighborhood is the deer's natural habitat and they didn't want to take it away from them. I was so happy to hear that and our family loved seeing the deer so closely.

The Barnett house is beautifully and tastefully appointed, with well maintained facilities, crisp linens, and comfortable furniture. It lies on a relatively quiet street, where you'll find yourself watching friendly deer graze across yards while relaxing in the hot tub. Walking distance to the local brewery!

WONDERFUL

We enjoyed our stay and the house was perfect. We loved the updated house with the original wood floors. All of the amenities not only met but exceeded our expectations. And the deer in the morning and evening provided an extra bonus. Will stay again if we are in the area in the future.

Perfect getaway

My 10 yr old daughter and I just wanted to get away for the day. The house is beautiful, clean, and perfect for what we needed. The jacuzzi was very relaxing and being able to bring our Yorkie was just what we needed. Owners were responsive, communication was great, and they were easy to work with.
