Cheap... And badly mantained

Honestly not great...bad. Place is old, poorly mantained. For the price? Well... It is xheap, thats the only positive. I ordered food delivery, there is not even a fork in the room Chexk out they mqde me pay extra because i made a towel dirty. Amazing.

Poor

The villas are very old and have not been kept in a very good condition. Taps that don’t work, sinks without plugs, very few options at the restaurant, no kitchen facilities in the room apart from a kettle and a very small and funny smelling fridge, there was no cutlery or plates just a couple of coffee cups and tea spoons and a safe that not only didn’t work it wasn’t even bolted down. The staff were friendly and it was clean but very disappointing for the price. It must have been a lovely place when it was built which I think is when the photos on this web site were taken. The place is lovely and quiet which made it a nice place to relax but we felt like we had to fend for ourselves when it came to the things you would usually expect to find in a place that charges what it does.

Séjour agréable

Villas sympathique mais vieillissantes. Loin des plages mais navettes gratuites depuis l'hotel 3 fois par jour pour semyniak. Personnel très attentionné. Séjour de 3 nuits où nous avons pu nou reposer du voyage depuis Paris.

Very good room service, good condition, free shuttle to city centre, peaceful. But not good breakfast, poor internet, not a lot of privacy ! you are exposed . Would possibly come again, but I would also try to find something else as well.

Could be maintained and made better

The location is perfect if you want to rest and relax. BUT the villas and open spaces need major maintenance, the food was disappointing and considering it was in a secluded location, getting to anywhere for some good food was not easy, getting a cab was out of question. Really needs some work on cleaning the pool and open areas of the villas. The sofas look old, mosquitoes and lizards in living room (need sliding doors to seperate the pool and living room!!) It wasn't value for money even if it was cheaper than most villas for a last minute booking. If only I could have booked earlier, it would not be my choice. The staff was very nice but the place was not half as good.

Villas agréables, mais vieillissantes

Les villas sont très spacieuses et agréables car réalisées avec des matériaux de qualité. Cependant, elles commencent à vieillir et mériteraient un coup de rafraîchissement. Pour le prix payé, la prestation est tout à fait correcte. Il y a des navettes vers Seminyak à 10,12,17 et 20H; Le ménage est fait tous les jours, par contre la climatisation souvent éteinte dans la journée, ce qui fait que l'on étouffe quand on rentre. Le petit déjeuner est composé de melon, pastèque pour les fruits, des oeufs, des croissants et pains aux raisins, jus de fruits et café ou thé.

The villa was what we had hoped it would be...

The hotel is away from the hussle and bustle of busier areas such as Kuta, Legian and increasingly, Seminyak. If you want to venture out, the Villa runs a regular shuttle bus into Seminyak Square or Petitenget Beach (or anywhere in between). The villa, Room 3 was excellent and private. Breakfast was a simple yet very personally delivered and presented affair, either at the open restaurant or in your room. Meals were easily provided outside of set meal times to your room also - the pizzas were sensational. The staff are magnificent and could not do enough for you. The only matters worth mentioning to make future stays more memorable, would be: enhance the AC in the rooms (the mozzie blitz teams were dynamite however) and better advertise changes to meal options, buffets for example when organised. Lastly, a reminder to guests about returning during the early morning hours and wanting to continue their (loud and boisterous) festivities when the majority of guests are sleeping would be appreciated. Overall, a sensational 5 days were spent at the Y Villa and Spas late in September 2013.

superbe villa privée et sa psicine

la villa dans laquelle nous avons logé était superbe et avec une grande piscine, le tout dans une vraie intimité et tranquilité. Il existe des navettes gratuites de l'hotel pour aller à Seminiyak car l'hotel est a Kerobokan mais il y a aussi les rizières autour. A conseiller pour se reposer.

Nice villas. Horrible food.

Villas were lovely. However the pool was never cleaned so had grime on the surface on the last day so choose not to swim in it. Needed some general maintenance as lock on door was bit dodgey and cupboard doors had lost their hinges and the lining of the sliding doors was coming away. Breakfast here was by far the worst food we had in the whole of Bali! So we ended up eating in Seminyak. Location is nice. However no taxi drivers knew how to get here and the shuttle service was only one way...wouldnt stay here again.

Bad location, dirty pool

Firstly, do not believe google map for the location of this villa. True location is far from google map. Secondly, facility is worn off. (pool, electricity) Third, nothing is around the villa. If you want to do something outside of villa, you should go to Seminyak square, at least.

개인풀을 100불이라는 가격이 상당히 만족스럽습니다.

100불이라는 점에서 굉장히 후한 점수를 주고싶구요. 쉬러가시는 분들에게는 적극적으로 추천해드리고 싶습니다. 호텔 리셉션에 부탁해서 택시를 부르는건 편리하나 스미냑에서 저녁먹고 놀다가 숙소로 들어갈때쯤이면 블루버드래도 미터기를 사용하지 않으려 하기 때문에 네고를 해야 하는 거리상의 단점은 있어보이지만 그래도 굉장히 만족스러웠습니다. 외출시에는 리셉션에서 빌라 명함을 꼭 가지고 나가시길 바랍니다. 개인적으로 저는 다음번엔 위치상 이용하지 않을것 같지만 이만한 가격에 풀빌라 구하기 힘드니 한번은 이용해보시라고 말씀드리고 싶군요 ^-^

プライベートプール付でこの値段はお手頃。 シャワーが天井に備え付けで、水量が少ない。 バスタブにシャワーがついてはいるが、ホースが収納式なので使い勝手が悪い。 2階建てで1階にプールとリビング。プールは結構大きめです。 2階にベッドルームとバスルーム。 かなり広い間取りです。 安くてプライベートプール付きが良い方にはオススメです。 車はあった方がいいと思います。 歩いて5分くらいのバリブッダやカフェモカが一番近いお店です。 朝食はヴィラの方には申し訳ないですが、美味しくないです。。。 バリブッダでパンを買って食べていました。 スミニャック、クロボカン辺りの街までは、渋滞なければ車で10分ほど。

우리 여행 컨셉에 맞는 최적의 풀빌라

휴가를 맞아 가족과 함께 발리 풀빌라에 머물려는 마음을 가졌지만 경제적인 인도네시아 호텔요금을 알고 있기에 호텔스닷컴을 통해 Y villa & spa Umalas를 검색했는데 우리 여행 컨셉에 맞는 최적의 풀빌라였습니다. 유아를 동반했기에 다른 풀빌라에서는 출입이 어려웠지만 이 곳에서는 문제가 되지 않았고 독립된 공간에서 쾌적한 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 새로 건축한 풀빌라에서 첫날에는 로맨틱한 캔들라이트 디너도 갖고 둘째날에는 풀바에서 수영하면서 식사를 했습니다. TV가 2개가 있는데 DVD player가 있으니 넉넉히 챙겨가시면 편안한 휴식에 도움이 될 것 같습니다.

I and my wife stayed for 2 nights, first time when we looking for villa location there was no clear sign board to guide us to villa location. it is far away from main street. however, after we arrived at the villa, the staff of villa gave us deluxe room but actually we already reserve for suite room. their reason because in front of suite room there is maintenance work, but we insist to stay at suite room. so the staff gave us the suite room. overall the villa is good enough for couple who wouldn't disturbed by crowd.

Perfect honeymoon destination, wonderful staff!

So much to say about Y Villas! We have just arrived back for another couple of nights after staying here for 5 days about a week ago. A welcome back/home letter was in our villa on arrival, a beautiful and very much appreciated personal touch. We truly did feel like we were home! Nothing seems to be too much to ask of the team of staff here. They have made bookings for us with restaurants, printed numerous pieces of paperwork for us at no charge and are just all in all delightful people who work so hard to make sure all needs are met. The one bedroom, two storey villa we booked is perfect for anyone who wants privacy and space.The downstairs area is amazing, completely open (literally, the loungeroom leads right to the pool, no doors or walls) which really makes you feel like you're in paradise! The other highlight for me is the generously sized private pool and backyard area in general, comfortable sun lounges and a built-in cushioned sunbed. Very relaxing and private surrounds with little noise apart from the water feature and birds. About a 10-15 minute drive to Seminyak Square (there is a free shuttle that goes 3 times a day) where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The Y Villas are perfect for anyone who has come to Bali to relax and doesn't mind traveling a short distance to get to the busier parts of Seminyak. This has been the perfect place to start and finish our honeymoon, and we will definitely stay again when we come back to Bali.

Awesome place to stay in Bali!!

This is one of the best place to stay in Bali. Located in the mid of the farms, it is certainly a lovable getaway for those who want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city. They provide free drop to the city center and nearest beach as per their schedule (10,14,17 and 18 hrs). Each villa is very nicely designed giving the guests all the privacy they would require. A perfect place for honeymooners with all the villas having a private pool and bathtub!! We stayed in a deluxe pool villa. Rooms nicely maintained, clean and big. The staff is very lovely and more than happy to help you. The variety in breakfast is limited but the quantity is filling. Guests can make a choice of breakfast which they would prefer- American,Continental or Indonesian. Most of the places to visit in Bali are located in northern part of Bali. This villa being to the north of Kuta and Seminyak region, helps save lot of your traveling time. Would certainly recommend this villa to everyone and would like to stay their again.

Great villa

I stayed this villa with my family from Jan04-07,2013. They offered us free pick up service from the airport. The driver was very kind. The villa was perfect though it was little far from the downtown. There was some mosquito in the area but it was okay. Air conditioner worked so well. The breakfast and other room service was very delicious. We ordered pizza every night. :-) My family really loved this villa and if we visit indonesia again, we'll stay this villa !! Lastly, the staff were very very kind.
