Nestled in Kerlouan on the beautiful Côte des Légendes, Villa Léonie invites you for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. This spacious 300 m² house combines comfort, warmth, and top-quality amenities for up to 14 guests.



The villa features a large, bright living area with lounge and dining room, plus a fully equipped kitchen. There are 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and WC. You’ll find everything you need for a pleasant stay, including Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, books, and children’s toys. Three high chairs and two baby cots are available on request.



For leisure, the villa offers a ping-pong table, pool table, foosball, darts, trampoline, swing, and pétanque court. The 30 m² heated indoor pool is accessible directly from the living area, perfect for relaxing any time of year.



For mobility and outdoor fun, ten bicycles are provided, along with secure storage for bikes and motorcycles and an electric vehicle charging station. Five private parking spaces are available, with extra street parking if needed. The fully enclosed outdoor area includes a private garden, sunny terrace, barbecue, fire pit, and playground.



For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and beach and pool towels are provided. Pets are welcome. The house is non-smoking and equipped with solar panels. Waste sorting is encouraged, with information available on site.



Just steps from the beaches and the Ménéham natural site, Villa Léonie is the perfect base to explore the wonders of the Breton coast.
