Main floor has living room with beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace (gas operated), kitchen, bathroom, and an office with a desk and twin bed. Second floor has master bedroom with queen size bed and a separate loft area with desk. Great place to relax in nature - a perfect couple's getaway!


Kitchen is stocked with pots , pans, cutlery etc.. including toaster, French press and Nespresso coffee makers, and essentials such as olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea & coffee.

There are mini splits that provide both heating and air-conditioning in all rooms.
Other amenities include a deck with gas grill, a fire pit, high speed internet (Spectrum), and smart TV with Netflix and HBO.

Small well behaved dogs are allowed.

Located in Kerhonkson about 20 minutes to Stone Ridge, 15 min to Vernooy Kill Falls, 20 minutes to Minnewaska Park

During winter months I recommend guests have an all wheel drive auto, as the private rd and longish driveway are dirt/gravel roads - I hire someone to plow the driveway, but it could be an issue when it snows if you don't have an AWD.
