"Von außen sieht das ganze ja ganz nett aus, von innen allerdings fürchterlich. Auf dem Gang zum Zimmer waren riesige Schmutz-Fleicken am Boden, im Zimmer roch es stark nach kalten Rauch, der Boden war an mehreren Stellen kaputt, die Toilette und die Dusche waren so dreckig das ich mich dort nicht duschen wollte. Das Personal sprach schlecht Englisch. Dieser Hotel würde ich nicht mehr buchen "

"Bastante bueno con personal amable y muy correcto, lo que facilita todo. Organizan viajes al bromo y otros lugares proximos. El director es una excelente persona que sin duda fue de gran utilidad."

"All was lovely. The staff were pleasant. Typical Javanese Breakfast of rice, noodles, tempeh and coffee was good. The room was nice and location was on a quite Street just off of Ijen with several local restaurants nearby. We were hoping to extend our stay for a week but the WiFi was nonexistent and we could not get cell service in the room. WiFi worked okay in the lobby just outside but because of this we found another hotel just around the corner."

"According to Expedia, the property is listed as having laundry facilities, but there were none. When I mentioned this, I was told to call a laundry service myself, which made me question whether the “concierge” service really lives up to its name. There is no refrigerator in the room, and amenities such as toothbrushes are charged separately, so considering these points, the hotel may feel a bit overpriced. On the positive side, the hot water pressure was strong, which made showering...

"Er is geen waterkoker, koffie, thee Ontbijt alleen oosters, er is geen brood. Wij zijn buiten het hotel gaan ontbijten waar wel westers ontbijt is."

Environnement très bruyant ( réveil à 4h du matin tout les jours par les haut parleurs des 3 mosquées environnantes...). Restaurant moyen... "
