"This is the perfect place for a quiet family getaway. House has everything you could ask for with comfortable beds and pillows. Full kitchen with spices on hand. Game room and dvds on first floor. Incredible views from balcony and snorkeling sets, kayaks, boogie boards etc. Private, primitive snorkeling site that can be reached scrambling over lava rocks (stairs washed out)- Not for small kiddos or anyone needing assistance, but most people would have no problem, especially since it’s so private...

"We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding that was nearby. A good amount of space for the 10 of us that stayed. Overall, the house was great! Well finished, bright and beautiful. The ocean view from the decks was spectacular, and the decks were safe for our 18 month niece. The property was located a few mile out of town, the perfect balance of quiet and convenience. Thanks so much for letting us stay, we loved it!"

"We were very comfortable with 5 guests. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The views are amazing-we saw whales, sea turtles, tons of fish and sea creatures. The pool is nice. The condo had a cooler, beach chairs and beach towels. There is a great surf break directly in front of the condos. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was great, from the cleanliness, to the prompt communication with the staff when any questions were had. It was a nice addition to have swim/snorkel accessories, such as the boogey boards, swim noodles, sun screen, etc. Definitely had a comfortable stay and would stay here again."

"This place is very spacious (being on the corner). It had everything we needed to visit the beach. Cooler, chairs, towels, etc. We only stayed a few nights, but the reserved parking space was very nice and the beach next door was perfect for afternoons. A major grocery store is just mins away via car. Lots of windows let you watch the ocean, and fish activity."

"We stayed here our last 2 days of a 12 day trip. It was absolutely amazing! I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The condo was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. As was the couch which is where I slept so I could hear the waves crashing as I fell asleep. We found a little beach area just down the stairs with a picnic table so you could sit and enjoy the waves in the sun. Very close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Carolyn's place was fantastic! My husbad and I stayed at her condo for a few nights and were very impressed with the location, amenities, and the cleanliness of the space. Don't forget about the views! It was so enjoyable grabbing a cup of coffee in the morning and sitting out on the balcony. We even saw a turtle one morning. We highly recommend Carolyn's place and will most definitely be staying there again when we come back!"

"We lived this property! The view cannot be beat! You can hear the waves crashing against the sea walls and it’s just magical! There is so much to explore just off site! Our kids had a blast exploring the lava sea cliffs and playing in the tide pools. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful and safe. We enjoyed having our breakfasts and dinners out in the balcony and the kids loved the soak pool. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The condo is decorated nicely and located near restaurants and shopping area. The host answered us promptly with questions and addressing concern/issue. We met a nice "neighbor" on the same floor and had a pleasant visit with her and her dog. Kalalau beach is near by which provides nice snorkeling experience. We will come back and visit again."

"Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir."

"I was perfectly fine with the hotel until I saw what my money could have gotten me at the Waikoloa Beach Mariott. When you compare the two…hands down I would have much rather stayed in Waikoloa. Better beach and much nicer hotel. King Kamehameha had great nearby shopping and restaurants within walking distance so we didn’t lose out too bad. The hotel was a bit dated and I was totally disgusted when I bent down to retrieve a comb that looked like mine and discovered it was not mine and there was...
