"Utilicé el servicio de lavandería y me intentaron cargar por prendas que no había, ademas de cambiar el nombre de algunas de ellas. El chico de recepción fue muy poco colaborador cuando fui a quejarme y mantuvimos una discusión. Al día siguiente sus compañeras de por la mañana me solucionaron en problema."

"The staff was great and the facility excellent in these very nice apartments with a wonderful Swan River view across to downtown Perth. The ferry to downtown is just a few quick steps away! The apartment had a nice small kitchen and a washer/dryer set up in the bathroom. If we return to Perth, we will certainly stay here!"

"Very clean and nice rooms. We never received the bottle of wine that was supposed to be offered as a VIP benefit, but there were fresh apples instead. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were lovely. The bathroom was fresh and nothing was missing, except for toilet paper refills. It’s unbelievable how all hotels tend to be stingy with this. The towels were very small, but we received new ones every day. The staff is fantastic and provides great service. Very nice bar!"

"I stayed in PACIFIC Club suites, overall stay is excellent except the breakfast in club suite it’s not the best. Lots of them doesn’t feel fresh. It seems like leftover food. But the rest is okay"

"We had to upgrade from the Classic to a Superior room (+ $50) to get away from roadside noise (overlooking main entrance) The view from our river view balcony is magic and the room was very quiet and well appointed. Definitely recommended."

"This place was newly refurbished. It was clean and modern unlike some of the other hostels. Spacious room, not crammed. Other facilities was good. Yellow CAT and Red CAT buses (free shuttle buses every 8 mins and 4 mins) were only 3 mins walk away. Convenient to go into city. Supermarket only 3 mins by walk. "

"Was much better than expected and certainly for a 3 star - staff were great, location was excellent, room was sufficient, breakfast was delicious and the towels were awesome - will definitely stay there again."
