"We had a bit of trouble figuring out the TV, and Kirby was most helpful and responsive, even at 8:30pm! The proximity of several walkable seafood restaurants was handy, and tasteful. The traffic on both road and water was actually entertaining, to the point of getting unduly mesmerized by the drawbridge routine. For a nice touch, a great blue heron flew right under our kitchen window."
