This was so perfect for our little family! We so appreciated all of the little details, the cleanliness, and the homey feeling right when we walked in the door. We were in town for a softball tournament and had our 13 month old with us. It was so hot that grandma stayed at the house with our baby. We set up her play pen in the living room so her and grandma could play all day in the air conditioning. The neighborhood was very quiet and our daughter slept like a rock! Also right next to the fields we played at where they had a splash pad and playground.

Remarkably clean, beautiful house with the perfect setup for all ages in my family. My 4-year old nephew loved playing on the trampoline, my 16-year old son and his buddy loved the foosball table and punching bags, the dog was thrilled with a fully fenced yard and we all enjoyed the hot tub, the fire, and the BBQ. We had a fantastic stay and will absolutely stay here again!

Best Equipped VRBO I've Rented

This home had everything. Great quality pots, pans, silverware and dishes. Everything worked great and was actually the same as the photos. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.it was perfect for us in town to celebrate my daughter's graduation from WSU in Pullman.

Very impressed with the cleanliness first. This was a relatively new property in a new community. The property was had all of the eminities for a family gathering and food preparations. We did have some problems with the entry door key codes but Isidro was quick to respond to help us out. Great place

A lovely place to stay

The house is very well furnished and perfect for our stay. The location is great and easy to get to surrounding restaurants and to the surrounding cities. Nice place to entertain our local friends. Will book again.

Tri-Cities getaway

Great place! Clean, comfortable, spacious, great yard and view (especially from the hot tub at night). Very responsive host, well stocked kitchen ware and some pantry staples. Only negative was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Beautiful house

Great house! Only issue was there is a lot of local construction immediately got a nail in my tire which resulted in a 2 hour delay @ the tire store. The wind was very high and resulted in the lid to hot tub blowing off and never getting warm enough to use. The top is not the right match for the tub so the snaps did not align properly. Other than that great house!

Well appointed & comfortable for 2 families, excellent location near fields

Super impressed with cleanliness, layout and thoughtful amenities. We didnt try the hottub as planned but looked in good condition.(might have if only our family was renting) Had been concerned about the road that appears in the background of the pix and it wasnt busy or audible from inside the house. Most difficult thing we ran into is that google maps doesn't understand where it is located, so took longer to find and had to do some guesswork. This is due to new construction near by so will be resolved id guess soon. (Sent us into the development just north but not a thru street) Bottom line is that once found, it surpassed my expectations and the owner was very communicative. Thx for a great weekend!
