"Host was fantastic and very responsive. I was here for my son’s baseball at East Cobb, great location with less than a 15 min drive to the field.Melissa was understanding of my schedule shift and allowed me to arrive a day early, and clean up after final games well beyond check out time. We will stay with her again on return visits. Great host, perfect cozy house, clean, quiet street."

"Excellent communication with Host. Inside the house is gorgeous. We were in Marietta for a Bridal Shower and needed a kitchen island to arrange flowers. The house had that and more. Very clean. Beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer was great and plenty of parking. Close to downtown. If you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs as there can be ambulances going by at night. "

"Great property in a perfect location. The house is exactly as pictured, but the yard and neighborhood are better than I expected. "

"Had a couple problems with the property. Communication was good until the problems were reported then nothing. The master shower had no hot water. Hot water at the sink none in shower. Upstairs hall light did not work. Would flash occasionally but dark 99.9% of the time. Ice maker and drinking water through the refrigerator did not work. Smell of urine in master bedroom. I would not re rent."

"We had a couple families stay here for a baseball tournament at East Cobb. It was in an older quiet neighborhood that felt safe. It was clean, plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Did not have any salt/pepper etc. did have a few k-cups for coffee to get us started Convenient to grocery and a restaurants. Would stay here again if available when we were in town."

"Comfortable, nicely updated home within walking distance of Marietta Square. We enjoyed sitting on the covered front porch in the morning with a hot cup of coffee. The host was wonderful. Very responsive to our inquires. If you want to step back and slow down this is the place to do it."
