  • This recently updated 5-bedroom bungalow has everything you need for the ultimate getaway weekend. The inground heated pool can be enjoyed seasonally. The backyard also offers a cozy patio area complete with outdoor seating and a grill. There is also a firepitand picnic table area available for your use. Indoors you will find a variety of seating/ dining areas, a cozy living room with a fireplace and large screen TV.

    This property is close to a variety of outdoor attractions including the Kennerdell Overlook, Sandy Creek Bike Trail, and scenic Freedom Falls. Local amenities and activities include hiking, canoeing, kayaking, golfing, fishing, hunting, and biking. A few miles down the road from this home you will find direct access to the Sandy Creek bike trail, which connects you to 42 miles of paved trails, giving bike access to the cities of Franklin, Oil City, Emlenton, and Foxburgh, along with countless river views and two railroad tunnels!

    The property is located just miles from access points to state game lands No. 45, over 5,000 acres of public hunting land. Approx. 12 minutes away is the Cranberry shopping area that includes a Walmart, Aldi, and Home Depot. There also numerous restaurants including Bob Evens, Hoss's, Two Cousin's Pizza, El Toro Mexican, Jumbo China Buffet, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Arby's, Wendy's, and Subway.

The outdoor space is sooo great!! The pool was wonderful and easy to use. The decks and fire pit were great spaces for our large family. Lots of space in the house. Nice spaces to eat and a large kitchen. We have three generations and everyone had enough private space, large enough group space, play space downstairs was fun, but we didn’t use because we hung outside every second we could! We wish we could be back!

Our annual Miller Sister's Weekend was another success thanks to this VRBO rental. This home is ready for a lot of guests to have a good time. The outdoor seating areas and that pool--well they look fantastic. But sadly the weather did not cooperate for us to enjoy the outside much. But the grill worked great! And we had everything we needed to gather, spread out, party and catch up.

Very spacious, lots of seating, large kitchen and bedrooms were perfect. Outdoor area was great, private, nice porch area, lots of property to walk about, beautiful evenings around the bonfire!!! Highly recommend, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you

Private location

This location was great. It rained a lot but we still had a great time. The heated pool was great and the kids swam everyday. We would definitely go back.

Family fun at a country retreat

This spot was perfect for our family get-together with teenage kids. The pool is fantastic, and we made use of all of the tables to play all kinds of board games and enjoy meals that we cooked on the grill and griddle outside. We are talking about staying here again next year.

Well done

We came as get get together with my brothers family and mine. House served our needs, it was quiet, pleasant and safe. Anna is a professional host and had everything we needed already in the house. We hope to stay again!

Summer Sendoff

We stayed during the last week of summer (9/18-22) and were fortunate to have a nice week of weather. Can't tell you how much we enjoyed this great house & pool, knowing the cold fall was just ahead. I would recommend this destination and host to anyone who wants to really get away from it all.

What a lovely place to have a family vacation! We enjoyed the large and heated pool, the plentiful indoor space, the quiet outdoors, and the close proximity to town when needed (15 minutes to Walmart). The nearby hiking/biking trails are an absolute treasure! The host is super responsive and more than happy to help with any issues. We plan to return again! Thank you!

Family Vacation

We came for a family vacation with our dogs. Everything in this listing was as expected. Communication with the property owner was great and we enjoyed our stay. The property is private and the pool was enjoyable. I would consider coming here again.

Perfect stay..

Perfect stay. House was just as pictured. Clean and neat. Wonderful pool and sitting areas outside. Nicely finished and comfortable inside. Host was very fast to respond when needed for random questions and such. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Family vacation

Everything was great! We had plenty of room for the 16 of our family members that vacationed there. The pool was a huge hit! The bike trails close by were great for our vast age range. Anna was very good at communicating.

We love the pool! It is so relaxing and quiet at The house. My sisters wished the downstairs bathroom had more light, it is too dark to shower and get ready but at least we did have two other bathrooms.

Relaxation

We had another terrific stay at Anna's place. This was our second stay. The weather was gorgeous for swimming, and the pool was the perfecttemperature. The home is much bigger than it looks, as I stated in my last review. I would definitely recommend this property. It's secluded and private, yet under 15 minutes to restaurants and shopping.

Awesome pool

We chose Anna’s place because of the pool, and it was so great. Fenced off for safety too! Definitely kid friendly with packnplay and high chair. Loved that pool things like towels and floats were included.

Relaxing remote location

The house was larger than anticipated, and had many rooms/beds to choose from. The air conditioning units were wonderful for the hot and humid days. The pool was clean, clear and magnificent! Although there were only two of us, this house would be great for larger family gatherings. It was a great place to relax and get some much needed peace and quiet.

The pool was the best. That was the mainstay area for us. Only thing is the ladders for the pool need the 3rd steps. It was very hard for a couple of us to get out without the extra step. So we couldn't enjoy the pool as much as we wanted.
