"This was a really neat idea, and the kids were very excited to stay in an RV. I will start by saying it was very clean. It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. The location was also not optimal because it was right next to the main road where you could hear every car, and the entrance was across from what looked like a lot of junk. . we had to deal with a dog barking all night, long, but we made the best of all this. "This property is AMAZING and absolutely perfect for a large group. My three sisters, our husbands and our parents all gathered here to celebrate our Dad's 80th birthday. So much space to hang out together and still have privacy when needed. Outdoor space is amazing, while it was still a bit chilly during our stay, we were able to sit out in the sun and enjoy the large outdoor area. The large dining table allowed all 10 of us to sit and have coffee in the morning and play games in the evening....

"We came to the area from Washington State for our aunt's 100th birthday in nearby Knightstown. This home was perfect. My 85 year old mother found the bed very comfortable, and the house was stocked with everything you would need. John was so responsive and pleasant. We would recommend this home to any family, and feel grateful there was such a nice place so close to the birthday party!"

"Extremely clean, comfortable, with everything you would need. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped. The property is decorated to feel like home.The village of Pendleton is a throwback in time. "If you are looking for a very peaceful getaway from all the hustle and bustle, this is your spot. The home is conveniently located a short drive off the highway and is close to small town conveniences. A perfect alternative to trying to find a hotel for a larger family when dropping kids off at BSU (a very manageable drive up HWY3) Kris and Aleece were incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable! Highly recommend!"
