"Lugar tranquilo"

"I don't do reviews but if I had read this I'd have booked elsewhere. This property photographs well..but it's glory days are gone. It is well used and dusty even before you get to your room. I know I'm in Kenya but that's no excuse. The little things are lacking too. Customer service was great with the security team but it ends there. The girls in the lobby are like deers in the headlights. We got to the room and appliances were not working. We had seafood so a working fridge/freezer is a must....

"The hotel restaurant was excellent. Food good and well prepared. They cleaned our room each day and being able to sit on the beach is an added bonus. A real gem hidden away from the hustle of Mombasa."

"The property is nothing like what it claims to be; it's an unpleasant place and the staff is unfriendly. It's not fit to be called an apartment, much less an executive apartment. I will never return to that place, and I've already told my friends and family who were planning to stay there not to. Honestly, I don't recommend it in any way."
