"Worth the price overall. The host was friendly and responded in a timely manner. It's an old house with some quirks, but fine overall. Would've been nice to have a full sized fridge. Some of the tables were loose and wobbly. Fortunately, I had a wrench set on me and was able to tighten them up. Also had one of the outside stairs break off and I almost fell down. Freak incident, I hope."

"When we arrived at the “charming home” Here were our issues:Overgrown grass (very)Hot! two small window units - 1 in each bedroom unable to cool the home with both on High4 bath towels 1 hand towel 5/load of laundry/35 fine if not prepaid via Venmo or cash ap One vehicle limit (we drove 10 hours in 2 cars)Shower door very looseBedroom lights not working. lamp and ac on extension cord Bed and couch very uncomfortable Smell of sewer! one block from the sewer treatment plant. Poorly stocked kitchen...

"We enjoyed our stay so much! We came for a concert at the Ruoff Music Center and it was close by and easy to get to! The location of this property is perfect and in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood! Couldn’t ask for a better host….communication was so easy with her. The house is very clean and feels like home! Will be staying here again next time we are up this way! "

"Host was decent. Replied back to messages reasonably fast. Both pullout beds were broken and host didn’t seem to care and suggested using the pullout couch or squeeze into the king bed. I would have liked for him to care a little more and want to help.Place was clean and presented as expected. The place is more for a couple than a family. King bed was comfortable. "
