Hi KenThank you for taking the time to review your recent stay with us.Our check in time is 2pm and checkout time 10am. We had a lot of early check in requests on the day you are referring to, due to the races.. These requests were made prior to guests arrival. We hadn't receive any prior request from yourself for an early check in until you came in approx 10-10.30am. We were also not informed you were to be at work at 12.30pm. While this information would have been helpful it is still not a guarantee of an early checkin. WE do our best to ensure all guests requests are fulfilled, but we cant always guarantee.

Hi JackThank you for your review. I am sorry you were expecting more than we could deliver. If you had of reported the doorknob straight away, we would have done something about it. Yes, it is basic which is why we stay competitive in price. Air conditoning, microwave, toaster, jug, carpet, curtains and king bed are all less than 5 years old.
