"This place is good to be an onsen, the onsen itself is really good, they have a place to stay if you don’t want to stay in the capsule and includes beverages, beer, wine, even popcorn, free amenities like toothpaste and toothbrush, q-tips, shampoo, razors and foam. The hall of the capsules smells like feet and I imagine why. Inside the capsule it was never a issue, they have a little fan and a curtain and if you want to go extra a little tv. The only problem is you go need to go to first floor...

"En general todo estuvo muy bien. El personal es muy amable, te ayudan en cualquier duda que tengas y problemas que puedan presentarse. Las cápsulas cumplen con su objetivo y el lugar esta muy limpio. Agradezco al personal por la ayuda que me brindaron para deshacerme de la basura. Estoy muy satisfecho y si regreso a Japón, volvería a hospedarme con ellos."

"Hotel is about 14 minutes of public transit away from Shinjuku station so you can get about anywhere in the city on you get to that station. Hotel is clean, basic personal care supplies are plenty even if the hotel do not have what you need the nearby conbinis can fill the gap. Personnal locker is provided upon checking in, very convenient for day to day use without opening up your suitcase everytime you need something. Unlike some hotels your pods won't get daily cleaned but I'm sure the staff...

"The hotel overall was clean and the staff were helpful. For a first ever capsule stay this was pretty pleasant. There was storage for large luggage and a locker in the corridor for anything else. The toilet cubicles were clean. Shower cubicles also clean. Showers were out of the way so there was no noise issues in the bunk if someone took a late shower"
