"We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Good size house for all 23 of us, we made good use of all the rooms. Some maintenance needed in the games room, and some of the tv’s didn’t work and light bulbs missing but these were minor issues. Overall for the size of the property everything worked well and communication with the property manager was excellent. "Bank holiday weekend away with 12 adults, 7 children and 2 dogs.Each cottage was clean and fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom equipment. The bedrooms were all of a good size and there was plenty of communal space with a dining table and sofas in each.The pool was clean and the hot tub was a hit! There was plenty of land to excercise the dogs and the children!!The hosts were accommodating without being overbearing. All in all a great break had by all and I would recommend highly"

"SCAM!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! Paid for my sons birthday weekend away (4y.o) drove 2.5 hours to get here and the host didnt send us entry code to the apartment so couldnt get in. Expedia confirmed all booking, tried to contact the host but blocking my calle. Texts delivered and left voicemails asking to call us but had no reply. Took our money and put a case with expedia and they refused to refund ao had to contact fraud department with my bank and pay for a hotel late at night instead!! Ruined...
