"We booked this house because it is close to WSU and we had to move our son into the dorms. The house is small and cute! It sits on the corner and there is off the street parking which was a plus for us. I spent the couple of mornings drinking coffee on the back porch. Will definitely book again if we’re in town for more than just a night or two!!!"

"We had a great stay at this lovely house in College Hill. The location was perfect for our family--within walking distance of shops/restaurants. We also walked around the neighborhood most days. The house was very clean (difficult, with wood floors), and the beds were comfortable. There were a few minor issues raised, which were well received by the owner and the management team, both of whom were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again."

"The house is quaint. Easy to get to and right next to a highway so easy to get around. They don’t have a full kitchen which didn’t bother us. The bed is a little used as in dips in the middle and its really soft. We prefer a firm bed but this did not take away from the experience for us either just adding the info for others. Very sweet couple. We would stay again."

"Excellent stay, the house was wonderful and the host was great, the AC unit had an issue after the city lost power and she was very quick to make sure it was repaired, the house was perfect for everyone, the loft was great for the kids with two twin beds, and the two other bedrooms were nice with king sized beds, the location and distance to necessities made it easy for the kids to walk to buy snacks and drinks at the Caseys while the Walmart was only a bit farther at a minute or two drive...

Its location is around all different types of restaurants within 5 mins of a drive. Small mishap that was out of control for property owners, but they handled it asap.
