"A beautiful, charming property. My room was so welcoming and peacefull, I even had my own garden I could relax in. The breakfast was included and was wonderful, specifically featuring home made and local produce. Friendly and unobtrusive hosts. Highly recommended, I'll be back!"

"Room was the let down. Bed sheets were rough, supplied desk fan was useless. I left at 6 am to travel back to get my own fan. No air con so room was so hot at night. To much junk on bed. By the time extra cushions were taken off. Not much room to move about in the room. Bathroom ok. Toilet quite close to wall. ROOM 315. not a pleasant stay. Staff were helpful. Gave us Taxi numbers but taxis not great to get."

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly at breakfast where they were chatty making a very welcoming experience. The rooms were lovely and clean. I had no issues at all during my stay. The breakfast was excellent, especially considering it was included in the cost of the stay. I would certainly recommend to any type of visitor. Great value for money."

"The food was very good (ham was delicious!) and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pub had a nice friendly feel, too. Plenty of on site parking and it felt clean. The only minor quibble was the tv screen in our room was abs tiny (small). Overall, was good value."

"Temperatura de la habitación: -50ºC. Para dormir en manga larga+sudadera + tapado hasta el cuello. Hacía muchísimo frío. Mal olor en los pasillos. Pasillos laberínticos, con malos olores. Moqueta que daba grima. El el baño no cabía de pie, y en la ducha, casi no puedes ni girarte de tan pequeña que es. Insonorización inexistente. En la recepción los pies se quedaban pegados al suelo. "Charming B&B excellent accommodation great spot easy walk into Woodhallspa. Breakfast was superb. Staff and owners could not be more helpful. Plenty of parking, nice areas to sit and relax in and out of rooms. Immaculately clean. Good spot from which to walk cycle and tour. Quiet but not remote. In room refreshments aplenty and generous bathroom consumables including towels. Room airy, air con perfect given heatwave we encountered, shower big powerful and very nice. Bed huge and super comfy....

"The code for the wasn’t sent to me, but a phone call fixed that. There are no staff so everything is done by phone or message. Car park is nearby and reasonable. The room was fine with a good shower although it smelt as if someone had been smoking on the landing (not the room) Breakfast is very basic, toast, yoghurt Nescafé and cereals. But that was ok. It’s fine for two nights but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay for a lot longer. Good value overall if basic. "

"Lovely place and ideal for golf. Rebecca was very professional and a good laugh, which makes all the difference. The room was excellent, very clean, and nothing too much trouble. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying here again."

"Excellent pod had all the amenities you could need. Very quiet, and lovely sitting out on the deck over the large pond with a glass of wine. The owner came passed and was very chatty and helpful suggesting where to fish. I think our only annoyance would be the skylight above the bed didn’t have a blackout blind so was very light at 4 in the morning, but great for seeing the stars. Would definitely go back."

"I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. We got to our room to find the bathroom was dirty (specifically the bath itself and it had a long dark hair in it to go with the...
