"We wished we'd booked with this place in the first place! It would have saved us so much trouble. The owners were a gracious and fun couple who helped us bring in our luggage (we had a lot) and immediately offered us drinks. They also spent time talking with us and recommended a couple of great places to eat. The room was very nice, had all the necessary amenities and then some, and best of all the place was extremely secure as it is gated. When we return to Greece we plan on making a point...

"I liked the personal service the owner gave. And, I also liked that it was not a large chain hotel. Although I did not walk all the way to the Sea (because I had been up for 24 hours travelling), I did walk far enough to know I could have easily walked to the nearby beach and small beach town that I could see from the room balcony. Also from that balcony, I could also see the beautiful hilly scenery and the pretty, mainly white stucco homes of the village"

"Spacious ensuite room with shared kitchen facilities. The room we were in does have stairs to get to but there were other ones on the ground so you would just need to ask. A bit of street noise but quiet for the most part. "

"We loved Iris Villa, it is very quiet and a beautiful property. Gorgeous early morning walks. Loved the morning breakfast. But it should be advertised that there is no dining close by, at least not in the slow season. We found a small market still open our first night to buy some food to eat for dinner after driving half an hour away to find a restaurant but no available parking and a very long wait. Driving in the dark on the very curvy mountain roads is not for everyone!"

"Highly recommended altogether. Spectacular views, cozy, peaceful and clean place with super helpful and friendly staff. An own or a rental car is recommended, the way to the accomodation is a little bit longer than what is convenient to walk, and the road may be relatively challenging for motos. But once you establish your way to go there, being there is super relaxing. A place which you can call a true happy place. Especially suitable for couples. Thank you! "

"This place will take your money and ghost you. My friend and I were flying in at 1am so we figured we should find a place that has self check in to stay the night by the airport. The property had given us instructions and a combination to open the box with the key. We show up, open the box, no key. We check everywhere and even tried calling them multiple times. No answer. "Spotlessly clean room; very comfortable bed. I only stayed for one night; if I return to Porto Rafti I will definitely stay at this property again. If you arrive by taxi, be sure to give your driver the full address, because there is another street with the same name in the area."
