"Wonderful rental. Apartment was very clean. Excellent gym and common area. Parking simple and straight forward. Would absolutely stay again! I do have to mention one drawback, it is a place that requires an additional signup that includes uploading your ID and providing a card online. The process was less than ideal and the service they use was problematic. Make sure you account for the additional hassle. However, once we were in the rental, it was absolutely worth the initial problems."

"We loved the charm of this place but it had one little issue that was beyond anyone's control. The AC motor went out and was not available locally. This of course was in the 95-100 degree part of summer so our room was 88 degrees. We had to check out and get a hotel but the owners graciously refunded us our money. We will book again for our next trip to Ogden. "

"I recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy home base. It’s located close to the university and downtown. I walked to both. The neighborhood between the apartment and campus is a nice walk. The beds and couch were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. The host was communicative when I had questions. Overall, we had a great stay!"

"The stay was great. After we learned how to navigate the property (very long hallways//lots of stairs) when the elevator was broken, we had a great time. The check in process was less than ideal… apparently the fault of the app not working. Everything in the apartment was great. Very well stocked. "

"The apartment is just as listed. It was super clean with new appliances and furniture. We enjoyed the balcony and having large screen tvs in both the living area and bedroom. The apartment is in an area downtown undergoing urban renewal and there are many homeless on the streets. But the security of this building is OUTSTANDING. We opted for the underground parking. That combined with security key fobs for the elevator and doors made our stay safe and relaxing. We would highly recommend staying...
