"Extremely poor communication. The property was not ready on our check in date so we had to delay our arrival with significant inconvenience and little empathy from the owner. The property was very clean on the inside but was not as well kept outside as one would expect. Exterior pictures are deceiving. Location is awesome. We still have not be able to receive our refund for the one night. The owner is not responding to me at all and VRBO and Expedia just keep referring me back to the owner....

"We enjoyed our stay despite some cold and rainy weather, it was nice to relax on the screened in porch with my dogs. Property was clean and supplied with propane and firewood. It was too bad the dock was broken from a tree falling earlier in the week since I was most looking forward to it, it would have been nice to receive advanced notice but I understand nature happens. "house was clean and well-maintained, nothing missing. We enjoyed cooking on the BBQ. We did not used the spa as it was locked and water not warm enough but we did not bother asking for the code. Lawn needed to be mowed but overall a great place to stay and it was enjoyed by everyone in our group."
