We had an incredible stay at this property! Everything was absolutely spotless upon arrival, and the home itself is beautiful – even better than the photos. The location was private and peaceful, which made it the perfect escape.The amenities were truly top-notch. The kitchen was so well-stocked, it had absolutely everything we could have needed (and more!) – even the knives were sharp, which never happens in a rental! Tons of cutlery, cookware, and thoughtful extras made cooking and dining a breeze.There was no shortage of things to do, we were always entertained. Every detail was clearly thought out to make guests feel at home and have fun.We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway!

Amazing week long stay in Boncaygeon. This vacation home is so well stocked and big enough for our family including grandparents, parents, nieces and nephews. For foodies and those that love being outdoors, this house couldn’t be better. Great location and so relaxing.

We had a wonderful time at this home and would have given the location more stars except for the fact Pigeon Lake is very shallow. We were told ahead of time but didn’t think it would be that shallow and for such a long distance. We had great difficulty getting the boat out to deeper water and once out there we found it choppy most of the time so not suitable for water skiing.

A group of 10 rented this location to celebrate a friend’s accomplishment. The landscape is exquisite and the property is beautiful. It was so easy to connect with kelly as well. We brought our own supplies however, we’re surprised to find that every thing we needed was already supplied, and in large quantity. We had an amazing time and hope one day to be able to go during the summer season as well.

This incredible Lakehouse surpassed our dreams & expectations!! It was clean, spacious, well stocked with everything we could possibly need, and just the most beautiful place ever!! Excellent for our gathering of 13 ladies who gathered to celebrate 45 years since graduating from Nursing school! Lots to do at the Lakehouse, or in nearby Bobcaygeon! The owner (Kelly) could not have been any more helpful & supportive; quick to respond to any correspondence from me. It truly was a wonderful weekend in every way! I can’t wait to go back again!!

This house has perfect main floor space. Large rooms, high ceilings, the best well stocked kitchen. The outdoor space had plenty of seating areas, both in sun and shade. The six of us had a wonderful time by the firepit, enjoying the amazing sound system inside, etc. Kelly was an attentive host. Thank you so much for sharing this home.

Kelly’s place was perfect for our group with 3 families including young children. The house has everything we needed including very spacious rooms, comfortable beds and tons of activities. The property itself is equally incredible with the back area perfect for us to play games, enjoy the private sand beach and water. Overall it was even better than expected, thanks Kelly

Lucky to have a generator that kept some lights and fridge on, survived about 28 hours of power outage during the Victoria day storm. In general the Property is very well equipped with kitchen supplies, games, water toys, linens. Loved the long dining table that fitted all 15 of us! Upstairs room with great views, just could get a little hot with the daytime sun. Kelly was very organized host and provided us with a lot of detailed information and instructions about the house, she was also very responsive whenever we have a question. Would highly recommend the property.

STUNNING! I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is even better than the pictures show. We stayed for a family get together with 10 adults and 5 kids and we had plenty of room. The common areas are big enough for everyone to gather or there are so many areas in the house that you can also have some peace and quiet if needed. The kids absolutely loved the basement! With ping pong, air hockey and their own tv room, they stayed busy the whole time. The house was immaculate when we arrived and the host , Kelly, was always available for any questions. I highly recommend this property!

I loved the place, it is exactly as seen in the pictures. Kelly was a great host, fast replying and very accommodating. I didn’t have to walk with anything but my clothes and food, the cottage is fully loaded. I would definitely rent there again!

Supposed to be in Arizona for a 50th birthday year golf outing but relocated to the kawarthas due to Covid. The house is immaculate. Lots of room to spread out indoors and out. Pool table, large lawn and ping pong table made for all sorts of games when not golfing. Good thing the basement is cool as the ping pong was heated. Beautiful sunrise directly across the lake should you be up early. So many muskoka chairs for sitting on the deck, by the fire, or on the dock without having to move them around. You won’t be disappointed. Baxter creek and the Quarry are the public golf courses of choice in the area, but there are several private courses should you have an in. So close to bobcaygen as well. One quibble with getting rid of garbage having to go to the dump with garbage in your car. Cleaning crew should be able to take care of that for you somehow. All in all a great time.

This property is amazing! Kelly was a great host who anticipated all of our needs. Our young kids loved the cottage - especially the water mat, paddle boat and fishing from the dock. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could ever want or need. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back. Thank you Kelly!

This property is absolutely perfect. It’s better than the pictures show. We had 10 adults for a family reunion and there was more than enough space for everyone. We really enjoyed getting out on the kayaks and that massive table allowed all of us to sit comfortably around and eat and play games. Kelly was more than easy to work with and very accommodating. I have booked the next 2 years already because this gem books up fast. I can’t wait to bring my grandkids here next year.
