The best thing about the property was the amazing pool (awkward pool cover excluded). There was three bedrooms with awesome mattresses. Plenty of hot water for everyone’s showers. Patricia left many items for our use and she was very easy to communicate with. We used as home base for southern Ontario travel and it was great.for everyoMm left many items for our use and was very easy to get in touch with.

An oasis for family time

My family stayed here for a week in August 2024. Our hosts, Pat and Trevor had everything perfectly arranged for our stay. From the beautiful back yard and pool area, with plenty of areas for shade, eating and lounging, to the cozy spaces inside to watch TV, read and play games, it was the perfect place for a family retreat. It was so nice to only need to pack clothes and food. Literally anything else you could need or want was at your fingertips. Groceries and other supplies are a hop, skip away, as were some restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to return!

SHANGRI-LA

We are 4 older ladies that get together each year to spend some quality time together, swim, laugh & get caught with each other. This place we chose is an amazing property. We felt at home from the minute we walked in. It is so clean & welcoming. The decor is lovely. There are just so many little treasures you will come across during your stay. The surrounding gardens are beautiful as well. There is just so much to look at while floating in the pool. We highly recommend to spend some time here. We cannot wait to go back next year. Oasis in Lindsay

Amazing week!!! Definitely going back We rented this amazing home with a backyard oasis and spectacular pool from Patricia (superhost indeed!). There were 3 adults and 2 children under the age of 2.5 and we all had a wonderful time. We spent every day in the backyard enjoying the pool which had so many toys (noodles, floaties, balls, lifejackets for the kids), lounging on the chairs and preparing meals on the BBQ and eating meals at the table or getting some needed shade under the pergola. The greenery around the pool was beautiful and it felt like you were in a far-off oasis, when you were actually in Lindsay. Night swims are must the lighting is spectacular! The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Every item that you thought you would need in the kitchen was available. Towels were provided, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner… really all you need to do is bring your clothes! We had a few evenings of rain and we’d eat ice cream (thanks for the gift card) and popcorn and play the with one of the many game boards available or watch a movie. The house set up allowed the adults to be a little rambunctious in the living room as the kids were asleep in the bedrooms. Definitely planning to go back next summer and stay longer!

Amazing spot to relax during Road Trip

We had an amazing time staying at the property. The floor plan of the house was ideal for our family of 5, and the kids really enjoyed having a huge pool in their own backyard where we spent a good chunk of our time! There were plenty of pool toys and the older kids liked having a deep end as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, but a 4 minute drive to Kent Street for Pharmacies, Restaurants and other necessities. As an added benefit, the house was stacked with board games and when it rained we were able to play some old favourites and try some new ones as well. Patricia was excellent in her communication, and we we really appreciated her making arrangements that allowed us to check-in a little bit earlier than expected. When we mentioned that there was a minor issue with the bathtub, she got it resolved instantly. We definitely would stay at this property again - it really was a great way to relax and recharge during our Road Trip!!

Awesome Accommodations!

Our 30th Wedding Anniversary Getaway could not have been spent at a more peaceful, relaxing, inviting home. Pat and Gang, were so kind, gracious, accommodating and effective in their communications to us throughout our stay. This home is a GEM and would highly recommend to family and friends. Great stay!

My family and I had a wonderful week-long stay! Patricia our host, was friendly and easy to communicate with. We booked specifically for use of the heated pool in an appealing outdoor space and were blown away upon arrival, pictures don't do it justice. The home itself was beyond our expectations; spotless, comfortable, well equipped with stylish decor. We were even greeted with a lovely hand written note and gift! The 6 of us (2 adults, 2 kids (5&7yrs) and 2 seniors) enjoyed many meals around an exquisite natural edge wood table and had lots of great times in the large open family room. Everything we needed was on one level. Being in the backyard, felt like we were at our own private resort! The warmth of the heated pool was amazing. Thanks again Pat. Our 1st trip to Lindsay will definitely leave a lasting memory and we hope to be back!!!

Peaceful and relaxing!

Patricia is a great host with great communication and her home is wonderful. We were a group of girls who loved our stay, we appreciated the cleanliness, the comfortable blankets & bed and the chic decor. We spent the majority of time by the pool and were very happy that the pool was very clean and temperature controlled which allowed us to keep swimming until late at night and the long table outside was very nice for our outdoor lunch. We enjoyed music and each other’s company and had a wonderful time! We will definitely return! Thanks Patricia!

The owner leave in the basement and the listinge never say that it said it’s a tenant living there

The place is really nice but the only thing the owner live in the basement and you cannot play music too loud because every minute she message and said the music is too loud that was annoying still and she Said no karaoke and said it was in the policy and it’s nowhere in the policy nice place if you just want to chill but no fun with out music

Oasis in the City!

Spotless. Every amenity you could think of for the kitchen and bathrooms including body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Hosts were super responsive. Fantastic little touches including the flowers, bottle of wine and chocolates. Towels were luxurious. Beds super comfortable. Couches, tv, games, stereo all super comfortable and appreciated. Backyard is truly an oasis in the city: from the manicured gardens with little twinkle lights, to the heated pool, to the covered seating area, to the 8 person dining table outside, to the floatees for the pool and stereo system in the cabana. The potted plants and flowers added that special touch. The tenants in the basement were truly unobtrusive - no noise etc. We had our privacy. The laundry facilities came in super handy as this was the last stop in our 2 week journey. Overall really, really happy. They truly are super hosts! Thanks Patricia :)
