"Fantastic location- a lovely 2 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minute walk to good coffee (Stoa was our pick!), yum food and awesome ice cream and an amazing playground for the kids. The house itself was a great size with plenty of room- we had ten people- 3 grandparents, a family of four (2 kids aged 4 and 8) and a family of three (with a 1 year old). There was enough space for us all without feeling on top of each other. The kids loved the pool and the toys. We all went to the Australia Zoo...

"We get an annual car service in Maroochydore, coming down the night before to be first off the blocks as we have a 2.5 hour drive back afterwards. We have stayed at Nightcap at Northern Grounds previously and again on Monday evening. We found the renovated rooms very comfortable, clean, well stocked with tea and coffee making provisions. "Beautiful little cottage in gorgeous scenic surrounds. Enjoyed standing on the balcony watching the roos. Unfortunately we were only there for a weekend and wish we had more time to explore. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms can get quite warm despite the fan and aircon. "
