Fue solo una noche pero todo bien. Está muy cerca al echo point. Y tiene sitios de comida alrededor.

The property had all the basic requirements, except that there were some minor issues which were resolved/attended to straight away. The location was great and I loved the 'partial' view of Echo Point from the living area window.

Old units but had everything you need, and fantastic location. Very disappointed that nobody communicated beforehand that work was going on around the units with excavators the whole time we were there. Had no problem with them doing what they had to during the day, but they could have started later, and they didn’t finish until 7:45pm both nights we were there, and they were working right outside our unit! Couldn’t hear tv etc. so really spoiled the serenity. Had we known we may have opted to stay elsewhere.

it was close to Echo Point. The vicinity was extremely noisy from 5.30am each morning with cleaning trucks and rubbish disposal

Fantastic location, big rooms, quiet with only being 5 on block. Let down with rusty bbq, shower that made whole bathroom floor wet, leaking kitchen tap and lack of tea towels.

位置上有絕對優勢，距離Echo Point觀景台只有兩分鐘腳程。但酒店設施有點舊，廚房煮食用具殘舊，水龍頭滴水。

Comfortable and quiet
The villas were very nicely presented. I stayed in number 4 that looked like it had new lounge and lounge chair. Probably only criticism was the shower curtain needs replacing to a screen. Beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. Location is fantastic! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Very handy to Three Sisters and local walks and bus stops. Comfortable bed. But overall the place felt shabby. Carpet and curtains were tired, the outside awning to keep out the afternoon sun didn't work.Well equipped kitchen and laundry though some essential items missing , eg only one saucepan, without a lid. Dripping taps (waste of water).

Great value villa in an excellent location right next to Echo Point and prime viewing of the Three Sisters. The villa is outdated but is clean, quite spacious, and had sufficient heating to keep us warm. Breakfast was provided but was very busy and seemed to be short-staffed with just one waiter trying to help out close to 40 guests. However, this did not dampen our stay and we would definitely consider this place again on our next visit to the Blue Mountains.

We loved our stay. Our villa was huge and we were very comfortable. The only thing that needs improvement is to repair or replace the living room furniture.

A fantastic position but needing lots of TLC
This villa has wonderful potential in a magnificent location at Echo Point but needs a thorough cleaning and replacement of old furniture. The TV did not work on channels 7 and 9 during our stay also!

Worth it!
Prime location in Katoomba, it was so close to the Echo Point Lookout, just a 2 or 3-minute-walk there. The apartment is super spacious, and got everything you need in there. pretty warm in the winter because they have well-ventilated heater throughout the entire house. Everything is perfect except the check in pro procedure because the reception is far away from the villa and the instructions to get to that particular villa is unclear. so better have a small sketch or diagram showing the five villas' location.

Excellent until check out
Everything was great until we had to check out, was advertised as check out at 11am but house keeping knocked on the door at 9.47 expecting to clean the villa. I explained that I thought check out was 11am but she insisted it was 10am unless I had made special arrangements. We threw everything we had into the car as we were no where near ready to leave. I checked the ad after we left and sure enough it said check out 11am! Not happy, this spoilt the whole experience.

Great location
Heating did not work in Autumn which was ok, but may be a problem in winter. Nice that they had electric blankets and full laundry, cooking facilities. Great location. A little tired furnishing but acceptable.

Total disappointment
The only bright spot about our visit was the young woman that first checked us in. The room we had was dated straight out of the 1950's. Opening the door smelled musty with an aroma of strong chemical cleaners. The air conditioner did not work to clear the air. The sofa and carpet were dingy beyond repair. Carpet was frayed at the edges. There was mold in the shower and bath. We were booked for 2 nights, but I couldn't stay there a second night. Management refused to issue any refund for the second night-we wanted out of there so bad we didn't really care. Left early the next morning and found a better place.

Clean and great value for money. We had a garden room on the ground level. It was great front porch with thousands of rouses. Lady on reception was very friendly and helpful.

Very helpful staff, wonderful experience
Very happy with our stay. We arrived late and the hotel owner was very accommodating and helpful to ensure we could all get booked in with no trouble at all. My 4 children loved it, the heated blankets were a great hit! Huge spa bath, very roomy accomodation, a true family home feeling. Above and beyond.

Beautiful views of the 3 Sisters just steps away
It is a nice and comfortable stay for the whole family. Well equiped with all you need to feel at home. Only the showers needs upgrading but on overal it One of the best family accomodations in Katoomba when it comes to pricing, comfort and convenience.

Great stay near Blue Mountains
The house is very close to Blue Mountains attractions. Washing machine, dryer, parking. Pick up a key at a different location, just one-minute walk from the house. Poor wifi.

Spacious, clean, and relaxing!
We had a great stay at the Echo Point Holiday Village. The villa was spacious, clean, and had everything you need for short or long visits. Located just up the road from Echo Point, beautiful views are at your doorstep. Plenty of hikes to do in the area and bus stops just around the corner. The manager of the village was an absolute joy, providing tips and assistance whenever we needed them. Highly recommended!

In. need of upgrade
Echo point was very tired and in need of an upgrade. Whilst the apartment was generally clean we were left dirty tea towels and a television that did not work. Both were sorted but the "new tea towels were obviously very old and thin. The toaster and cooker were also very old and needed a deep clean.It was not worthy of its 4star rating.

Old, tired property, badly needed renew
The check-in experience is incredibly with a very rude, unhelpful reception. The property was not service as it stated on the info we received with our booking info. Refused to replace the towel when asked, and finally reluctantly do so after a long argument. Quite a number of the lights are not working. The bottom of the pot provided in the kitchen was falling apart, unbelievable for some of the really ancient equipment in the unit. Boy, this was really an experience never to forget.
