"Unfortunately, due to a problem in the reservations system, our reservation appeared as cancelled and the hotel was fully booked. Hotel owners did everything possible to find a similar accomodation. They were a model of kindness and professionality and gave us an accomodation more expensive and they paid the difference of price. I regret we could not stay at the hotel, but, no doubt, this wil be our choice hotel if we return to Katoomba and we will recommend it to all our friends and colleagues."

"Gorgeous old guesthouse, simple breakfast, but lots of cute touches such as port in the room, and the vast array of teas on offer….coffee was awful, but cafe lurlines around the corner is excellent if you need the good stuff….the floors are creaky but that’s part of the charm ….we loved our stay "
