"During the selection of the hotel, it was a selling point for me that the sauna and the steaming room were listed under the amenities of this property. However, it wasn’t mentioned in the description of the hotel that there is a surcharge for using them. I believe that it is the example of the hidden fee when the hotel charges extra to profit from their guests. "Lovely hotel"

"The hotel is amazing. It has all installations that you need. The staff is so friendly, always taking care of you. The buffet, full of food. The all inclusive drinks are a lot (cocktails, beers, coffees, etc). Our deluxe room was amazing, with so nice views to the sea and big balcony. The only bas thing is that we booked a x1 king bed size, and we obtain x2 big single beds together. Also, the WiFi didn't reach to our room."

"Everything was good. the only thing that annoyed me was the idiotic behavior of the people. pushing and shouting at the breakfast. the pool chairs were reserved early in the morning even if people arrive to the pool in the day. Cant even imagine situtation when hotel is fully reserved."
