Es un hotel muy agradable

Es un hotel situado en la parte norte del Thamel, bien situado. Por su localización puedes llegar andando a varios templos y plazas en los que hacer turismo y situar la ciudad, como Basantapur (Kathmandu Durbar Square) o Swayambhu (Monkey Temple). El personal del hotel es encantador, son muy amables y serviciales y te hacen sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y modernas, están limpias y la cama es muy cómoda.

設備悪い

客室設備は良くなかった。まず壁掛けテレビがはずされて使えない状態で、フロントにクレームを言うと全館使えないというが実はうそで、オーナーにさらにクレームするとしぶしぶ設置してくれた。無料のミネラルウォーターは、初日の1本だけで無くなったらフロント近くのウオーターサーバーで汲めとのこと。ヘアードライヤーは貸し出し無し。朝食の飲み物は1杯だけで、2杯目からは有料。

Stay away from this place.

We had a truly disastrous stay at this hotel. The site offered transport from the airport. We submitted our info but they did not turn up to pick us up. On arrival they claimed the hotel just changed management. The room was not clean but could have been nice, I guess. The hotel claimed there was internet and hot water. There was no hot water and no internet that functioned. The "new" management continued to lie about their services and at some point after a day we decided to leave due to all the continuing problems.

Could be cleaner, but very good value

Bathroom didn't appear to be cleaned fully between guests. Wardrobe has random clothes in it. Some bulbs needing replaced. WiFi on top floor not great. Staff were very friendly and helpful, bed was clean and very comfortable. Super location too.

タメル探索に良いホテル

静かで、従業員も親切。 タメルをぶらぶらするのに適した場所で、満足でした。 価格が安いですが、施設は整備されておりシャワーも温水がでます。 価格と見比べば、十分満足するホテルと思います。

おすすめできない。値段相応のホテル　

社長がホテル経営については素人です。エアコンあるが部屋にリモコンなし、もちろんドライヤーなし、掃除・水・タオルの交換なしのためフロントにて毎日もらう必要がある。エアコンのリモコンもフロントにてもらう。言わないとくれないため注意が必要です。オーナー以外は、日本語はほぼ出来ない。ガイドも日本語できないです。日本語のガイドつけるといいながら日本語できず。残念です。

値段を考えれば十分な内容

タメル地区の北にあるため若干他の地域より静か（らしい）。 ただし、観光地が多い南やバスの停留所からは距離があるため、 タクシーをケチると排ガスだらけの中を歩く必要がある。 6:30～（22:00？）であれば大抵フロント周辺に人がいたが、深夜と早朝はシャッターを閉めるため、 ホテルへの出入りができない状態となる。ただし、事前に伝えておけば、６時チェックアウトも可能でした。 一人で泊まったが部屋は広くて十分である。 シャワーとトイレが一緒となるため日本人には使いにくさがあるが、他の宿も同様であると考えられる。 シャワーはお湯がでるが、すごく時間がかかるため慣れないと使いづらい。 連泊したが、バスタオルやタオルはそのままで置いておいたところ、新しいものには代えてはくれなかった。 交換には要求が必要なのか、対応不能なのかは不明です。 他の方が書いているような日本語のできるスタッフには一度しか会わなかった。 また、観光の勧誘らしきものも別のスタッフから軽く受けたが、しつこい感じではなかった。

Lovely room but difficult booking in

Took a lot of effort to get the room I had booked and paid for, rather than a cheaper one the hotel staff wanted to give me. The room however was lovely and big with a really comfortable bed and views over the city. The only other negative apart from booking in was that there were plates of half eaten food left out for over a day on a number of the landings.

観光の勧誘が無ければもう少し評価できるが・・・

　空港からホテルまでのタクシー代も、わずかながら相場よりも安く良かった。(空港で名前を持ってるだけのおじさんにチップをせがまれ1ドル渡してしまったので結局一緒になってしまったが。皆さんには金は無いと突っぱねて欲しい。)評価が高く、観光の勧誘がしつこいのも事前にわかっていたが、想像を絶していた。チェックインよりも、何もわからないうちに観光を決めさせようと必死すぎて冷めてしまった。今日は疲れたといえば、翌日の朝に外出しようとしているのに必死になって引きとめにかかる。付いていないはずなのに、コーヒーを飲んでけとかサービスで朝食を付けるなどと言われ、あまりのしつこさにさすがに嫌になった。こんなこともあろうかと予約は分けておいたのでキャンセルして他のホテルに移ることになった。部屋自体は価格相応という印象。 　決して従業員自体が悪いわけではないし、観光の料金もそんなにぼったくっているわけではないのだが、節度がないという感じがして自分には合わなかった。ちなみに普通にタクシーに直接交渉するより、30％アップ位で言ってくる。ホテルにはエレベーターがなく、鍵が独特。エアコンが潰れていて寒かった。しかも部屋が電気をつけても薄暗い。お湯はばっちり出た。ノーと言えない日本人にはあまりおすすめ出来ないホテルである。ちなみに夜10時過ぎ位から朝6時頃まで、シャッターが閉まっていて外に出ることが出来ないので要注意。

Best value for money

I absolutely loved my stay in this Hotel! I visited Kathmandu for a week for work. And at the end of a tiring day, the warmth of the Hotel staff and the comfort of the clean soft bed was sooo rewarding. The Wifi was good. On few occasions that it faltered a mere phone call to the reception would set it right within minutes. They answered all my questions regarding the city sightseeing that I did over the weekend. They also arranged a car at 4 am for going to see sunrise (and back) at Nagarkote, which was an hour's drive away. I am leaving a positive review because the facilities and services surpassed, by far, my expectations for an accommodation worth $27/night! If I return to Kathmandu, even as a tourist, I shall stay with them again. The only hitch I faced was: They were overbooked on the 1st night that I arrived and they put me in another Hotel. Although they claimed that the other Hotel is providing me with exactly the same quality room, it was not so. Maybe, the administration should look into this issue, because similar things seemed to have happened to a few other guests. However, the rest of the stay (7 days) was so good that I am willing to come back and stay with them, every time I come to Kathmandu. Suggestions to the reception staff: When guests check in, you should tell them: (1) that hot water comes in the tap after one lets them run for 5 minutes, (2) that rooms will be cleaned only if the guests ask for it (which can be done daily).

Lovely hotel, next to Hello Kitty restaurant

Pleasant stay. Very basic and economical hotel in the heart of Thamel district. OK to spend the night, but not one to relax over a long period. Friendly and helpful staff. The highlight of this hotel is that is next to an excellent restaurant: Hello Kitty, and if you are clever enough to book your room with breakfast, you'll have your morning meal in this excellent eating place.

ホテル スタッフともに感じが良い かったのに…

スタッフは対応が良い人が多く、買い物にも便利な場所で良かった！ ただ、ひとつこれはエクスペディアサイトの表記ミスによるものなのか、空港迎え無料と書いていたのに、700ルピー払う事に。 後日ホテルスタッフに聞くと、朝食無料か送迎無料を選べたとの事。 サイトでは選ぶ場所が無く、スタッフ共に残念な想いをさせたことがただ残念。

Hotel of comfort and convenience

I am so impressed with this hotel .. Superb location in the heart of Kathmandu. Air conditioning that works, hot water shower, comfortable bed and pillows, clean and surrounded by fantastic restaurants with great value food and bargain shopping. It's a great find.
