"Wir hatten ein tollen Urlaub in der sehr schönen Ferienwhg. Lea in Rovinj Borik. Die Wohnung ist schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Wir hatten noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Schöne Möbel, toll ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme Betten, Regendusche, schöne Terrasse. Es ist einfach alles da, so wie man es von zu Hause gewohnt ist. Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoß mit eigenem Gartenanteil, auch für Hunde super geeignet. Von der Wohnung geht man in max. 10 min. ans Meer. Hundestrand,...

"Wonderful spot… so close to the old port area, with shops, restaurants and swimming steps away. Staircase firsts steps are a little dark. We found placing all food and fruit in fridge is best to avoid ants. But the views from all the windows are spectacular and the roof top patio was fantastic!!!! Thank you a wonderful stay filled with great memories!"

"Flott og romslig leilighet med god aircondition, veldig greit med kjøleskap og vannkoker. Beliggenheten er veldig god med nærhet til både gamlebyen og strand. To min å gå til båten som tar deg ut til Katarina og den fineste stranden etter vår mening. Det eneste som ikke fungerte var at dobbeltsengen besto av to enkeltsenger som skled fra hverandre og dette blir enda mer uheldig når man deler på et dobbeltlaken. "

"Preis-leistungsmäßig top! Die Rezeptionistin war sehr höflich und auf zack. Das Appartment war total nett und die Lage ist sehr schön. Parkplatz kostet 1€ am Tag und wenn man Glück hat kann man direkt vorm Appartment parken. Wir hatten unsere 3 kleinen Hunde mit und die haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. Hunde waren sehr willkommen bei jedem. Das einzige manko war, dass die Herdplatte nicht richtig funktioniert hat aber man kann auch super essen gehen rundum in den Restaurants oder eine einfache...

"El departamento está muy limpio y amplio. La cama principal hace mucho ruido, le falta de proporcionar shampoo y jabón de baño. Para llegar a la propiedad es un poco complicado de llegar con las maletas porque las calles son empinadas y de piedra. El estacionamiento más cercano es muy caro y nos tuvimos que estacionar bastante lejos. "

Location is what you are paying for here - just 1 min away from the Arch to enter the Old Town streets, amazing restaurants nearby and around the corner, and the place is tucked away in a quiet side street. About a 15-20 min walk from the Rovinj bus station. Had a queen bed and queen sofa set up that worked well for us.
