The Space:

A villa, only 1km from the beach with a large garden and veranda, combining luxury and attention to detail, will offer you a unique experience.

The three-storey property features an open-plan space with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two modernly designed bathrooms plus a WC. One double bedroom is on the ground level.

On the first level, you will find two double bedrooms: the one has one cozy double bed and the second one offers two singles! These two bedrooms give access to the spacious verandas of the property.

The third bright bedroom, on the second floor, features one double bed, and offers great views to the Aegean!

In the bedrooms you will also find all the necessary amenities provided for your comfortable vacation and all bedrooms feature an AC.

In the spacious courtyard of the accommodation, you will experience moments of relaxation and seclusion. On the modern outdoor patio, you will gaze at the sun while enjoying your favorite drink under the shady corners.

You can enjoy homemade meals cooked with pure local products on the big BBQ grill.

The property provides you all the essentials for your vacation! There is private parking seat and air conditioners. There is a central air conditioner on the first floor, which cools all the rooms! There is also one air conditioner on the second floor!
