The space

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering ample space for your comfort. Situated in Kalkan, opposite the Asfiye Sea View Hotel, Villa Sole Sidyma is a mere 3-minute walk from the old town, ensuring convenient access to the area's highlights.

Ground Floor
The ground floor welcomes you with an open-plan kitchen and living room, adorned with front and side sliding doors that seamlessly lead to the villa's sea-facing pool terrace. The kitchen boasts spaciousness and modern amenities, including an electric oven, hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, and a comprehensive array of kitchen utensils. Adjoining the kitchen, the living area beckons with its comfortable lounging space and a television. Glide through the sliding doors to access the private pool and marble sunbathing terrace, where you'll discover a comfortable hammock, BBQ facilities, and a 6-seater outdoor lounging area. First Floor
On the first floor, two additional bedrooms await your arrival. To the right, an en-suite with two single beds with a French-style balcony offers a tranquil retreat, while at the front of the villa, another double en-suite bedroom boasts a private balcony overlooking the glistening sea. These light-filled and airy bedrooms provide ample wardrobe space for your convenience.

Second Floor
The second floor houses a final double en-suite bedroom, tucked away in the eaves of the villa. This charming room boasts a private balcony offering stunning elevated sea views. Additionally, a utility/storage room is available on this floor, catering to your practical needs.

Outside The Villa- Pool area
Stepping outside the villa, you will be greeted by a captivating pool terrace facing the sea, featuring a private infinity pool as its centrepiece. Surrounding the pool, you can find a comfortable hammock, bed, sun loungers and an 6-seater dining area that prepares you to indulge in unrivalled luxury.
