Beautiful villa

This was our second stay here, the villa is ideally located on the main road. The villa has everything you need, the kitchen has every appliance, outside has several areas to sit, with shad if required. Would recommend, had another fantastic holiday here.

We spent a week together at this beautiful villa. My whole family of adults loved it. There was room for everyone and we cooked many meals. The pool was wonderful. We had a perfect stay!

Stunning location easy to find . Well stock kitchen with glasses crockery etc. Loved the coffee machine!!! Comfortable accommodation in all aspects!! A fantastic experience and felt very at home!! Will be back!

What a lovely villa

We had an amazing time at Villaa Vista. Some of the other reviews have mentioned this, but the photos really do not do justice to the view. We sat in the pool with our arms over the edge of the infinity pool looking at the view for hours and hours over the course of our stay. The villa was spacious, clean, and well kitted out. Very many thanks, Jessica and Zeyni.

Great sunsets

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Everything was great. The property manager Zeyni made sure we were comfortable. He showed us how to use the TV, internet and air conditioning. We had a great vacation! Thanks Jessica!

Communication with owner excellent. Location excellent. Villa 'tired' compared to first visit in 2018. Examples - broken sunbed, skeleton umbrella, lights not working in pool, on poolside and bathroom.

Beautiful!

This was our 6th trip to Kas. We have stayed in villas on the peninsula each time and we all agreed that Villa Vista is the best yet! The view from almost every window and the terrace is beautiful and the evening sunsets are breath-taking. The villa feels light, airy and spacious and is extremely well-equipped and we had no issues at all during our 3 week stay. Jessica responded quickly to all our messages and helped us to organise airport transfers and car hire. Kas is wonderful; the people are charming and friendly and there is a fantastic choice of restaurants and beach clubs. We have hired a boat to sail around the nearby islands each time we have visited and this is still our absolutely favourite day but the sea taxi to Limonagse is also fun, as are the day excursions offered locally; we've tried kayaking to Kekova and a jeep safari to Saklikent gorge. However the terrace and pool at the villa are ideal for relaxing days and an evening BBQ watching the sunset with friends and family is just perfect.

Traumhafte und geräumige Villa mit herrlich weitem Blick auf das Meer

Die Villa ist in sehr ruhiger Lage auf einer Halbinsel 5 km von dem Ort Kas entfernt gelegen. Der Blick von der Villa öffnet sich weit über das Mittelmeer. Abends ist der Sonnenuntergang voll zu genießen, anschließend sind es die vielen Sterne. Das Gebäude ist liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist groß und mit allem Zubehör reichlich ausgestattet. Die große Terrasse mit dem bis zu 1,9m tiefen Pool mit warmen Wasser bildet das besondere Herzstück der Villa. Diese verfügt für die verschiedenen Tageszeiten über unterschiedliche schön hergerichtete Verweilbereiche. Ein lieben Dank auch an den Hausverwalter. Er ist sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit. Nach langer Anreise erwarten den Gast eine liebevolle Willkommensausstattung im Kühlschrank. Zum Abendessen ist das Hotel Kumsal in der Nachbarschaft empfehlenswert. Wir sind eine vielreisende Familie. Diese Villa ist eine echte Empfehlung!

Tout simplement sublime.!!

Nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans la Villa de Jessica..Une villa comme il n'y en a pas d'autres..Son architecture , les dipositions des pieces a vivre, la situation de la villa avec vue complete sur la mer, le calme complet (nuit et jour), la décoration de tres bon gout de la villa, bref il ne manque absolument rien..!!..Encore merci a Jessica pour sa disponibilité a répondre aux questions et merci a Zeyni (son aide sur place).. Highly recommended

From beginning to end staying at villa vista has been a wonderful experience. Jessica was in communication with every bit of information needed prior to the trip. Then we arrived and wow the villa is every bit as fab as the pics, everything you need is there, ample storage, cooking utensils and crockery in abundance and also plenty of plastic containers which are great for food storage on beach days. We also made use of the bbq which was a lovely evening with all the outdoor lights on. This villa makes brilliant use of every space, inside and out. Zeyni was on hand for anything we needed to ask, nothing seemed too much trouble. We loved every minute of our holiday and would highly recommend a stay here, we will definitely be back.

Magnifique !

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans la maison de Jessica. Située sur la péninsule de Kas, elle offre une vue qui vous coupe le souffle à chaque fois, dans un environnement très calme. La ville reste cependant à 10 minutes de voiture. La maison est vraiment très bien équipée, notamment la cuisine, et tout est fait pour que vos vacances se passent bien. La climatisation était très appréciable en ce mois d’août caniculaire. Zeyni gère la maison avec disponibilité et gentillesse. Nous avons apprécié les petites courses faites pour notre arrivée (fruits, tomates, œufs, café, pain, beurre, confiture...) Pour se baigner en mer, de nombreux hôtel offrent des accès à la mer avec transats moyennant des prix raisonnables. Nous adorions le matin la petite plage cristalline située entre la maison et la ville. Prenez vos masques, les eaux sont riches et on a l’impression de nager dans un aquarium :-) La route depuis Antalya est magnifique. Jessica nous a donné de nombreux conseils (location de voiture, médecin...) qui nous ont été bien utiles. Kas est un véritable coin de paradis, une côte sauvage et majestueuse et la maison de Jessica est le lieu parfait pour en profiter. Nous espérons revenir très vite !

Beautiful views

There are a few areas of the villa that need attention. The gas grill is very old and operates poorly. The wicker furniture is very sun damaged and should be replaced. The water purifier stopped working after our first week but the manager did have water bottles delivered the second week. We had two cars but hotel guests parked in front of the villa constantly. We had to ask them to move daily for us to park. This villa is easily accessible. Many villas around this one had hundreds of steps, but this one was perfect. I would have liked a railing at the steps of the pool. It was difficult getting in and out because there is only 3 high steps to get out. The manager was great and did everything possible to manage all problems. The kitchen had everything for a great stay, the air conditioners worked perfectly and the views were the best. Beaches were a short car ride away and parking was mostly available. We enjoyed the stay.

Magnificent villa

Magnificent villa! The views that open up amaze the imagination Everything looks even better than the photos Very nice and comfortable inside, the villa is equipped with everything you need - 2 coffee machines, induction cooker, large refrigerator, large dishwasher, all made by Bosche. Many other kitchen equipment, it is difficult to even come up with what is missing. Very high quality dishes, sets of glasses, there is absolutely everything you need Everything is very nice and cozy. Thoughtful and comfortable environment. Huge panoramic windows in all rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows - that's why there is a lot of light and cozy The two master bedrooms on the second floor have a large balcony and a large en suite bathroom. One large bedroom on the 1st floor. The second bedroom on the 1st floor is very small with a small window. Air conditioners in each room also work for heating, so it is comfortable at any time of the year. There are two dining areas outside, and a sofa with two armchairs and a small table. Everything is very beautiful and high quality. There is a gas grill outside. Magnificent sunset views. The villa is located in the best location on the peninsula - a panoramic view of probably 270 degrees opens up. Convenient parking right next to the villa. We arrived late and didn't have time to check into the supermarket before closing time. But we were waiting for a small selection of food and everything we needed - washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, eggs, milk, cereals, and so on. As the manager, Zaney took one of us to a restaurant to buy takeaway food. Thanks to Zanei and Jessica for our unforgettable stay

Wonderful Get Away

Visiting Kas before, we knew how wonderful he city is, full of history and natural beauty. And the villa Vista welcomes you with open arms immediately upon stepping in with functional living spaces, fantastic pool and wonderful sea views! It was so much better then what the pictures showed online. Sitting by the pool and watching the sun set over calm Mediterranean was the highlight of our stay. The caretaker, Zeyni did a wonderful job making our stay enjoyable. Special thanks to Jessica , the owner, for being a great host! Our stay exceeded our expectations in every way imaginable. What a fantastic villa in a fantastic vacation spot. We are already making plans to come back next year.

Stunning Villa Vista

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 2 weeks in September. Jessica was an excellent host from our point of booking, with all the uncertainties of COVID and throughout our stay. The villa itself is stunning there were four adults in our party, plenty of room and very well equipped the pool and garden area was kept clean and tidy daily and the views across the bay fabulous. We can’t wait to return to Kas and would most definitely book Villa Vista for our next trip.

This is turkey for the laid back explorer in you.........

Having stayed in many of Turkey's coastal resorts, I can honestly say this is one of the most beautiful. The Villa is situated on the peninsular with a panoramic view of the coast-line towards Kalkan and out to the Greek islands. the area is not over developed and like the town has a quiet and relaxed vibe about it. There are many great local sites to visit, you of our favourites is the Saklikent gorge (though get there early). We hired a private boat from the old town and spent the day snorkeling. Great villa and Turkey history, culture and the people are so friendly, it has so much to offer.......!
