The dream villa lives up to it's name

The villa was incredible. Service with the host was brilliant. Very attentive and helpful. The villa is in amaculate, large and full of everything you need with good AC. The outdoor space will spoil any future villa you ever book. It is absolutely stunning with views over Kalkan unmatched by anywhere else. Walks down onto the town didn't take too long and a taxi back if needed was cheap and easy to get. If we come back to Kalkan, we would not look for anywhere else to stay. No villa could match this one.

Great location with a spectacular view

Thank you Seren for our lovely holiday in your fabulous villa. Thank you for the fresh bread, helping organise our boat trip, and for all your kind advice and hospitality. The view is genuinely wonderful and we spent many hours in the heated pool; enjoyed a BBQ on the terrace; and happily walked into town when we wanted to leave the cars at home. We have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful villa and hope to return again.

Dreamy and perfect Kalkan villa

Our 7-day stay at Kalkan Dream Villa was our first visit to Turkey. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect spot. This is place that truly lives up to its name. We echo EVERYTHING that has been said about this luxurious yet homely villa and its impeccable host Seren, who is warmly welcoming and highly responsive to any enquiries or issues. We were a family group of 6: in our mid-50s, late teens and mid-20s. Kalkan offers something for everyone. We especially enjoyed these restaurants: Belgin’s Kitchen (so good we went twice), the Olive Tree, and Salonika. The younger members of our party enjoyed a day’s boat trip. We all enjoyed the experience of a Turkish bath and massage. Everyone was enamoured by the visit we took by taxi to the mountain village of Bezirgan and the flower-filled garden at Sahika Bahce to feast on a traditional Turkish breakfast of our dreams. Even the deluge of bees didn’t detract from the wonderful experience. We also loved our trip to climb through the rocks and water at Sakilikent Gorge – thrilling! The secret is out: Kalkan is a mesmerising location and Seren’s villa is the very best place to stay. We’re still dreaming about those views from the balcony and pool!

Beatiful Villa at the best place possible

We stayed a week in the Kalkan Dreame Villa and enjoyed every second of it. It is very close to the city center but still not in the middle of the "noise". I recommend by travelling by car since it goes very steep from the city center to the villa (approx. 15-20 mins. by foot). The villa itself has very nice "rustical" touch and a nice terrace. We consider to book this villa again!

Wonderful villa!

The villa was perfect for a family holiday and the views were amazing! It was a 15 minute walk into beautiful Kalkan and then a £2 taxi ride back up the hill! Seren couldn't have been more helpful - from arranging airport transfers to allowing us to check out late as our flight home was in the evening. I would recommend this property very highly.

Beautiful villa

Excellent stay at this villa. It’s in a terrific location - walkable to town in 15 min or so and a short taxi back (3 mins or so and about 2-$3 USD as of Sept 2022). Loved the view, pool, and spacious kitchen / living area. Seren is a great host and ensured we had everything we needed.

Stunning Villa & Amazing Views

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. The villa had everything we needed. Delicious fresh bread delivered each morning. Seren was extremely helpful and organised our transfers, greeted us at the villa when we arrived and her lovely mum popped into say hello during our visit and checked everything was ok. Kalkan it's self is beautiful, so many wonderful places to eat and drink, However, it's very hilly and although the walk to the centre is only about 15/20 minutes from the villa, there are extremely steep steps to walk down (No hand rails) We used a taxi each night to bring us home (Around £2.50) Although, it was hilly the villa is in a stunning location, the views are phenomenal. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

Dream stay in Kalkan Dream Villa.

Loved it! Book this villa! All 6 of us staying said the same - villa and our stay was absolutely faultless! Views were literally world class, outside space and infinity pool fantastic, and inside space beautifully set out, with lovely lounge space, great size bedrooms with very large ensuites and from everywhere those truly spectacular views. Table tennis table and dart board outside is also a great addition. Seren also is just an absolute gem - hired many villas abroad(France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Florida) and Seren is in a league of her own. She is honestly the very best. Flawless check in, different taxis to airports for our family staying, help with too many things to list….and just a lovely person. Seren’s team of Celal the gardener who comes daily and Gulumser the twice weekly housekeeper are also both terrific and look after you flawlessly. Again gems. Kalkan itself? Everything you could want in a bustling, picturesque, lively(but classy) resort - tumbling streets filled with hundreds(literally) of restaurants(roof top and harbour lined), lots of great bars, lots of shopping and 2 classy nightclubs(cleverly slightly separate from everywhere else) all leading down to the also restaurant and bar lined harbour. If you love steep little streets crammed with shops restaurants and bars then this is for you(a bigger “Turkish Positano” springs to mind). Dozens of Beach Clubs surround Kalkan and easy to get to with a quick taxi or free 10 min boat taxi from the harbour with Zest being the best for an all adult party(with 4 in their mid/late 20’s and a couple of near 60 year olds) if a bit pricier. Hire a boat trip if you can - sunset trip was one of our highlights. Best restaurants? Alternatif, Baharat, Seaport and Kalamaki was the favourite out of the 10 or so we tried. Best Bars? - Sherlock Holmes at the harbour, Yali and Old Authentic Bar in town, Mini Bar and Moonlight at the top end. Mojito great fun if you fancy a nightclub. As I say book this villa! Tranquil, apart and with some of the best views(literally stunning) to be found anywhere, but only a 15 minute downhill walk into bustling Kalkan(loads of easy taxis also). Can’t recommend Kalkan Dream Villa or Seren and her team enough. All loved it and all agreed we will definitely be back. Fantastic. William and family.

Droom vakantie in Dream villa

Vanaf het boeken en inchecken tot aan ons vertrek hebben we van elk moment genoten. We zijn heel warm ontvangen door de housekeepers. De Eigenaar is erg aardig en was langsgekomen om kennis te maken met heerlijke baklava. De villa is erg schoon en goed onderhouden. Het biedt veel privacy en is tegelijkertijd vlakbij Kalkan centrum met een prachtige uitzicht op de zee. Dit is precies wat we zochten. We komen zeker terug naar Kalkan en zullen weer in deze droom villa blijven.

Kalkan Dream Villa indeed

There is really nothing negative to say about this villa - spacious, well looked after and a view to die for. Seren and her team could not have been more helpful - arriving to a full fridge including (much needed) cold beer was a great start and two loaves of fresh bread delivered to the door every morning was a lovely touch. The villa is in a great location overlooking Kalkan and the harbour - it really is a very special view. It’s just a 15 minute walk into town in the evening and we used to get a taxi back for the princely sum of £2. Eating out options in Kalkan are the best of any resort I have ever stayed in; we didn’t have a single bad meal and all the Turkish folk we encountered were very hospitable. All in all it was a fantastic holiday....we shall return!

Fantastic holiday in beautiful Kalkan made all the better for the lovely Villa.

The Kalkan Dream Villa is an older style property located in the most perfect position overlooking Kalkan bay. The Villa could do with some updating but to be honest it was perfect for our vacation and we enjoyed it enormously. It is very spacious with the primary focus being on the outside terraces which give this Villa such a distinct and special feel. We loved the location, the amazing views and especially the sunsets. The pool was large enough for our party to relax in and the smaller pool was great for those who just wanted to cool off from the sun now and then. We used the BBQ nearly every night and ate outside on the terrace for every meal as this made for an ideal setting. The kitchen was well provided for and the air con worked very well. We had to take in turn to use the shower so as not to over burden the system but this is not unusual in any house when you have 5 adults living! We soon worked out how to get to and from Kalkan itself. We only ever used a taxi service once as the walk was easy enough and allowed us to stretch our legs and do some exercise in an attempt to walk off the lovely food we were enjoying. It takes about 20 mins to walk into the village and a few more to walk back as it is up hill. After a day or so we found a good selection of shops to buy fresh fish and meat each day. There are plenty of options available. We all loved Kalkan itself. It has a really nice relaxed laid back feel and the locals are really friendly and helpful. Seren and her team were the perfect hosts. The organisation was brilliant and the communication so easy and reliable. We also loved the Villas ever so friendly cat called Kashar. She was a joy and we all fell in love with her! We have had many Villa holidays and this was among the best. We have stayed in more luxurious and well appointed villas but few have had a better location with better hosts. We will come back to Kalkan and would have no hesitation in staying here again. Great stay!

This was my family’s second time staying in Seren’s villa and it was wonderful yet again! The view is just stunning and my kids never wanted to leave the pool. Seren was very helpful and even stopped by with some baklava. We look forward to going again in the future!

A little piece of Heaven

Our holiday in this villa was just perfect we only wish we could have stayed longer. The pictures on this site does not do the views justice. We as a family had an amazing holiday and have come away from little Gem with a piece of our hearts left their. The owners greeted us during our time and even surprised us with a desert gift - it was so thoughtful. Seren answered all our questions quickly and effectively, making the whole process so easy. The villa was stunning and only 2 mins by Taxi into Kalkan Centre. We were sad to have to come home and would love to book to stay here again. We have major holiday blues! Best villa in Kalkan!

We've been coming to Kalkan on and off for 15 years and have stayed at many villas. This one has to top them all! The views are the best we've found. There's something for everyone (the table tennis was a big hit!), and Seren was the perfect host. She was there for us for every tiny detail, including a Welcome Pack that was hard to beat! Thank you so much for an amazing holiday - we will be back!

Most beautiful place at Kalkan

The villa and everything about it was fantastic. The entire process from renting to the last minute was fabulous and very well done. We had 2 families with a 15 month old and all the baby request was met. The Villa has the most beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. The online pictures and descriptions does not do the justice. The beach is close by and if you are a runner like I am you will enjoy the path and morning run. All the shops and stores are very close by. We were truly spoiled by this place. Owner and care takers were wonderful and made sure everything is in tip top shape. I highly recommend this beautiful villa and we will be back.

Fantastic week in a fantastic villa

The villa is a wonderful place to stay with hosts who could not be more helpful. The four spacious bedrooms are all en suite. One is slightly separate (down another flight of steps) but has another lounge and kitchen and a sofa bed so the villa could sleep 10 There are a lot of steps to negotiate but the setting and view were worth it The pool and sitting areas are just magic Although walking into Kalkan is not advised the taxi ride is a set price of 15 Tl (about £2) and very easy We didn’t hire a car and managed with taxis all week with no problem Lots of wonderful boat trips from the harbour We recommend PINA X £20 for a full day out including a wonderful lunch, definitely not to be missed Kalkan has a large number of restaurants and all seem to have a high standard. For our final night we had Chef Kazim come to the villa and he spent all afternoon cooking a most delicious supper for us on the terrace Excellent value for money and not a lot more than eating out All in all we can thoroughly recommend Kalkan Dream Villa

Phenomenal House & Host

This was a beautiful home that had everything you could want. The location also gave you the best view of Kalkan. And Seren was a perfect host and was very responsive to all my questions, even when I asked about medical care options. We will try and stay here again.

Truly Wonderful

I can honestly say that this was the best villa I have ever stayed in, combining quality accommodation and breathtaking views without sacrificing a convenient location. The Service: The villa owner was very helpful from our initial enquiry, right up until the day we left. She provided us with all the information we requested and more, as well as arranging our airport transfers. She also visited us during our stay to check if we needed anything and brought us some delicious Turkish pastries. We arrived hot and tired on a Saturday afternoon and were welcomed by the property manager who gave us a quick tour and then left us to enjoy our holiday. The welcome pack was very much appreciated and actually very comprehensive. We tended to eat light during the day then enjoy the amazing cuisine on offer in Kalkan during the evening so the food provided in the fridge more or less lasted the whole stay, complimented by the daily fresh bread delivered to the door. The Villa: The villa itself was very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was very efficient, giving us much needed relief from the heat. The bathrooms were spotless and I loved the walk-in shower. A landline is available to make local calls which was extremely useful for calling a taxi in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped and we never once felt that we lacked anything (including salt, pepper, sugar etc). The bedrooms were large with ensuite and the views were amazing. The only suggestion for improvement I would make here is that either blackout blinds or shutters would have been appreciated as I am quite a light sleeper and was woken up earlier than I would have liked every morning. There was also a safe set into the wall so we could lock our valuables away for peace of mind. The living area had very comfortable sofas, a TV, a computer, books and some games. The outside space: I have saved the best for last. The whole of the outside space is paved with the most beautiful marble and there are very comfortable sun loungers and mobile parasols, as well as a barbeque and dining areas. The pool, I can honestly say, is the most beautiful and cleanest I have ever witnessed at any villa I have stayed in. It was simply perfect! Watching the sun go down either from in the pool or poolside was one of the highlights for me. The smaller pool and waterfall is an added bonus and particularly useful for anyone a little afraid of water as the main pool is 1.9m deep all around. Truly a dream

What a fabulous property.

Thank you Abdullah, We have just had the most amazing holiday in your beautiful villa and we will definitely be back next year. Kalkan is a great holiday destination for families and the people in the town we so friendly and welcoming. We have been privileged to holiday all over the world but the view of Kalkan Bay from every room and especially the outdoor areas including the pool, is absolutely breathtaking and extremely hard to beat.
