Stayed at this beautiful villa for 14 nights with my wife our 2 grown up children our daughters partner and a close family friend. So 6 of us using all 4 bedrooms. We had the top floor room ad the view from the balcony was just amazing. As the villa is set on the slopes of kalkan, the view took in the sea between the mountainous region with the sun setting behind them. Marvellous start. The place was very clean and all the utilities and facilities worked. We had a bit of trouble opening the door more us than a real issue, but Mehmet the owner had a door cam and when we called to ask what we were doing wrong he answered straight away and gave us the instruction to use only the lower lock and turn firmly to the right. All good and so helpful. Mehmet was like that throughout always answering any request quickly without bother. Like ordering the Carboys for the water cooler. Easy. We used taxis, cheap as chips, to get everywhere as steepness made walking tricky. But again unfussy and all drivers could not be more helpful. We ate out every evening in Old Town and these rooftop restaurants were affordable and lovely with great views across the town sea and slopes of Kalkan. Sunbathing at the villa and just relaxing by the pool was a fav activity, boat trips and visits to the local resorts on a cheap day pass helped change things up when required. Our trip was made truly unforgettable by our daughter partner asking for our daughters hand in marriage and getting engaged

Mehmet was an excellent host, helpful and answered all my messages within an hour if not sooner! The Villa was perfect ample space and beautiful views over the bay. We spent a lot of time in the pool. And once we discovered the busy area where all the restaurants were, we took cheap taxis to the restaurants and supermarket which was all very close. Highly recommended for a great holiday

Lovely, well located villa

The villa was spacious, with beautiful views and a great pool area. The owner was extremely helpful. It is a short drive from shops and the main area of Kalkan while being very quiet. My son loved the table tennis and my teenagers loved the nightlife in Kalkan. We had a great stay here.

Peaceful villa with amazing views

We had a great stay in this beautiful villa. The weather was of course hot but the house remained cool and the pool was the perfect place to relax and cool down. We enjoyed the local beach clubs and swimming in the clear seas, even the hills provided some daily exercise as we walked to the nearby supermarkets and restaurants. Mehmet was a very responsive and helpful host. Thank you.

A Home Away From Home ❤️

This villa is stunning, spacious, modern and the perfect place to spend a sunny holiday. We spent many days just staying by the pool, making our own food and enjoying the views. The nearby Beach Clubs are fab, theres great shops, restaurants and bars all in walking distance. It is a lot of hills, but that was the only exercise we did all holiday! I'd definitely stay here again, it is such a great space that can accommodate so many people! My only feedback would be that having some cleaning products available would be helpful, such as cloths, washing up liquid, a mop etc. We stayed 10 days and there isn't a cleaner, so it would have been helpful! We ended up buying cloths and sponges etc to clean things. Also, the WiFi didnt reach the top floor and was a bit temperamental. However, these things really didn't take away from our holiday ❤️

Brilliant Stay

Just arrived back in the UK after a stay at this wonderful villa. Spotlessly clean, amazing views of Kalamar Bay and had everything we could wish for. Huge villa and easily accommodated our family, which was myself and my husband, our 2 children and my parents, plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked, and the welcome pack was lovely after we arrived very late at night. The villa in my opinion is a perfect location as Kalkan can get busy and loud late evening, so nice to go back to peace and quiet. It is about 20-30 min walk into Kalkan, but we got taxi home each evening as it is quite hilly but taxis are so cheap, about £3 for 6 of us back to the villa. There are a couple of beach clubs within 5/10 minute walk of the villa, small entry fee for use of beds, parasols, water equipment etc these were brilliant. Mehmet the host was great and communication leading upto the holiday was brilliant, didn’t really have to contact him whilst there as there were no issues at al, but he was in touch making sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay again when we come back to Kalkan.

Great stay and a beautiful villa with views to take your breath away

Firstly Kalkan is wonderful place to stay . The villa has the best view on the street and in a great location to the Kalamar beach area . Bars , supermarket and restaurants are in walking distance but be ready for the hills .

Stunning views

Great villa really helpful host 90% of this place was 5* Absolutely stunning views, the villa is very well equipped Bedrooms really nice with great sized balconies Cute little welcome hamper on arrival which was great as we arrived early hours and that bottle of wine in the fridge was perfect Wifi worked okay Best in the living area and poolside You defo need to get a taxi everywhere tho the hills are unreal and next level!! Scary to even walk down some of them as they’re soooo steep! Tacos are 70lira to town which is around £3 so very cheap and reliable Local restaurants are great too and not badly priced The supermarket is expensive be prepared A crate of beer is £30!!! Kalkan market is really good held on a Thursday some good fakes and good to have a bit of fun haggling but we had a couple of niggles that let the place down The front of the villa seemed to be the local dumping ground for rubbish which is insightfully from the infinity pool and balcony’s We did report this to the owner and they said they would report it but nothing got moved The other things were that in the 9 nights our bedding was never changed and towels never replaced, The floors were dusty and anything you put on the floor got dirty But overall it was pretty nice and a great place to stay

A little piece of paradise

This was out first visit to Kalkan and to Turkey. The destination was recommended to me, and it took me ages to research the area. I then looked for a suitable villa to accommodate my family, and came across this little gem. From the moment I made the initial enquiry, the process could not have gone smoother, Mehmet the host was fist class, and took care of everything. His communication was first class and very prompt. We arrived in the early hours of the morning, and everything was ready for us. The keys were left in a safe place, and upon opening the villa door we were delighted to see a welcome pack, including bread, milk, biscuits etc - it was wonderful. We soon settled into our rooms and had a good night sleep. The next day we were able to discover the villa in full and what a delight. Everything you need is there and the instructions were very clear of how to operate everything. The views of Kalamar Bay are to die for, and we spent many an evening sipping the cool stuff watching the sun go down. The old town is walkable and we did this on the first day. But … there are steep hills, be warned! We opted for local taxis which were excellent and at a cost of circa £2.80 was a no brainer. We had a few niggles with the aircon and a hair dryer when we arrived, but the host acted on this immediately and this was sorted in no time at all. We will be back, and I would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you Mehmet.

Great stay in a beautiful villa

We chose this villa for a family holiday and we were so glad we did!! Haven’t been to kalkan before, it’s a beautiful place. The Villa did not disappoint and was even better than we expected, the views especially from the top bedroom were spectacular and serene. Mehmet was very helpful and quickly answered any queries. The walk to the old town has challenging hills!!! Taxis are plentiful and cheap, the restaurants we visited served great food. Thank you Mehmet

Fantastic villa

Superb property, breathtaking views. The villa is modern and well equipped. A little further from the town than we are used to but the taxi service in Kalkan is really good. We had an issue with the safe but Mehmet was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Only criticism would be that the pool was only cleaned once during our stay. The pool guy came and threw crystals in the pool but did not clean it and the terrace around the pool wasn't hosed at all. The lights on the steps from the entrance did not work but we used our mobile phone flash lights. The glass panels on the pool terrace level could do with being cleaned and we had some issues with the wardrobe doors that came off the runners. That said the property is luxurious and didn't disapoint. The mid week clean was excellent 👌 By far the best villa we have stayed at in Kalkan, and this was our 7th visit. I hope this feedback is helpful. Thanks Mehmet. We had a brilliant time 😊

Stunning villa

Fantastic villa with stunning views of Kalamar Bay and over to Mouse and Snake island. The villa itself is stunning, spread across 4 floors, 3 of which have lovely unspoilt views. The pool deck was lovely with lots of space and outside furniture for us to enjoy. The infinity pool is a good size with a jacuzzi at one end. We used the table tennis table every day which was a great way of getting out the sun for a bit. Mehmet and the management company were easy to get a hold of and communication was first class. Only slight downside of the villa is that it is near the sea and therefore near the bottom of a very steep hill. If you know Kalkan you will know that it is a hilly place! Taxis are plentiful and readily available via WhatsApp so was never a problem getting out and about. Taxi in to town was around 50tl so very cheap. Nearest shop is around 500m away, about a 7 min walk away. Highly recommend this villa and Mehmet is an excellent host.

Welcoming Host

Very accommodating host with fantastic communication. Stunning Views, and in a peaceful area. Majority of amenities available and the welcome pack was greatly received and appreciated after our long journey. Beds comfortable however additional bed linen wouldn’t go a miss (not cot bed linen provided). Some plastic cups would have been a great addition for the pool area.

Lovely April break

What a lovely villa and Hakan is such a great host. I would highly recommend this villa and when we come back to Kalkan this would be our no 1 choice. Hakan was so accommodating, letting us check in early and leave late which made such a difference to our holiday. Amazing views, location for the beach clubs and facilities. The table tennis table, pool and running machine all got used extensively. Go for it. Hugh ❤️🙏

Amazing villa with the most beautiful view

This was our first stay in Kalkan and we are very impressed. The villa is very nice and modern and you have a breathtaking view of the sea, the mountains and the sky from almost every single room. The only thing that was stressful was the broken dishwasher. They came several times to repair and fix it and on the last day it was finally repaired, which wasn’t beneficial at all for us. In addition, we did not have enough towels, which was suggested several times, but we haven’t received any new ones unfortunately. But these are small problems. All in all it was a wonderful stay (almost perfect) in Kalkan and we would love to visit the villa again.

Beautiful villa close to the sea with plenty of space

We stayed at the property as a family of 6 including children and all have had a wonderful time. The villa is spacious and well laid out, with plenty of space for relaxation. The pool is lovely and in a great position overlooking the bay. I particularly liked the proximity of the property to the sea, very easy to pop down for a swim at any time. Kalkan centre is within an easy reach, with many restaurants although the kitchen at the property as well as the main patio were so inviting we hardly went out ! All in all, we had a very enjoyable time and would not hesitate to come back next year xx

Erholung Pur Relaxen, schön eingerichte Villa zum Erholen sehr nahe zum Kalamar Beach Club 5 geh Minuten. Nur oberste Etage zu Heiss gewesen klima hat es nicht geschafft die Zimmer zu kühlen Dachgeschoss (Mann sollte vielleicht große Klima einbauen) Sonnst alles Top.

Truly amazing

We arrived late at night and although we could appreciate the stunning villa it wasn't until the morning when you got the true wow factor. The clean contemporary design that looked out over a near unspoiled view of the beautiful sea. The villa was spacious and well laid out, the rooms were big and comfortable and a with a large comfortable bed to lay in after a night in the old town Was just perfect!. The beach club was a 5 min walk which was lovely, but be aware of the steep walk back. Taxis are easy and plentiful to the old town and never a problem. I would 100% recommended this villa,the pool and the added bonus of the jacuzzi was a luxurious touch. I could go on and on about how perfect our 2 weeks were, my advice would be book it and see for yourself. The owner was so helpful before we came and prevented a lot of stress for us. Thank you so sharing your beautiful villa and hope to be back again next year.

Fabulous Villa with a view to die for!

Villa Cadence is a large villa ideal for families and a group of friends with great outside space and a view to die for. Each of us had our own space should we need it. Booking was easy and Mehmet answered all of our questions promptly before arriving in Kalkan. Minor issues were sorted by the caretaker who also collected our rubbish daily phew! Those hills are a killer! However, we would have liked extra pillows and cotton top sheets instead of the scratchy covers. For a party of 8 there were only 5 wine glasses and no tea cups although mugs were provided. There were only 3 parasols instead of the 4 listed but we coped! Drawer space was also lacking in the third floor bedroom. There is a safe in the master bedroom which was a welcome bonus and the villa's security system was of a high standard. Checking out was a little earlier than we are used to but we managed to find a local hotel to look after us for the day prior to our late evening flight. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Villa Cadence; good luck Mehmet for the rest of the season.
