Luxury Kalkan House 2 Bedroom - w. Private Pool - Suite La Mer

Suite La Mer is 2 bedroom luxury house for 4 people with an private outdoor pool in a seperate garden area outside the house. Suite La Mer is located at Kördere area of Kalkan, just 6 min. drive to Kalkan Center and 15 min. drive to the one of the most famous beaches of Turkey, Kaputaş Beach.

Suite La Mer has been beautifully furnished and offers fabulous views over Kalkan Bay out towards Mouse and Snake Islands. The floor to ceiling windows allow light to flood into the apartment and make the most of those Kalkan sunsets.

There is an outdoor pool on a 160 m2 terrace/garden area with a view, which is only for the sole use of La Mer Suite. This area is outside the house, in a private area approximately 20 meters away when you exit the main door of the houses. Pool dimensions are 7mtx3mt. The outdoor pool area is visible from surrounding houses and is not completely sheltered. There is a gas BBQ on the area. The outdoor pool and terrace area are open between 1 May and 31 October. Other months it is closed and can not be entered.

Suite La Mer is suitable for small families and groups as well as Honeymooners. There is a honeymoon suite with indoor pool/Jacuzzi attached to the room. Apartment has floor heating and heated pool. There is A/C in all rooms for cooling. Apartment is 125 sqm in total.

Living Room and Kitchen:

With its wooden ceilings spacious and contemporary living, kitchen and dining area is total of 50 sqm.

The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with 49” Smart TV having English/German/Russian/Turkish TV channels, a DVD player and music system. There is a fireplace in the living room.

The well-equipped kitchen features granite work surfaces, full oven, hob, microwave, large fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. Dining table is for four people.

Balcony in front of the living room has a four people table and seating with a great Kalkan view.

Master Bedroom / Honeymoon Suite:

Master bedroom / Honeymoon suite has a wooden ceiling and garden view. There is one King size bed (180cmx200cm) with canopy bed curtains. There is 32’’ Led TV having English/German/Russian/Turkish TV channels.

En-suite bathroom has Jacuzzi bath and Rain shower. There is washing machine in the bathroom. Bedroom including bathroom is 35 sqm.

There is an indoor heated pool/Jacuzzi area attached to the master bedroom. Pool/Jacuzzi has turbo massage pumps. Measurements 2mtx4mt, depth 0.9mt.

Twin Bedroom:

Twin bedroom has a Kalkan view. It has 2 separate beds (100cmx200cm). If needed twin beds can be transformed to one super king size bed (200cmx200cm). There is 32’’ Led TV having English/German/Russian/Turkish TV channels.
En-suite bathroom has a Kalkan view with Jacuzzi bath and Rain shower. 25 sqm including bathroom.

There is outdoor childrens’ playground at the common area.
