"Incredible stay and experience at 軽井沢森四季! The staff was so helpful and assisted us with everything we needed including making 2 amazing meals for our group. The 緑 cabin was the perfect size for our 6 person group and we were really able to utilize the space and location to maximize our time in Karuizawa. We especially loved the wood burning stove in the cabin and used it during a snowstorm to have the coziest night of our trip. I highly recommend anyone interested take advantage of this...

"Since the moment I arrived at the hotel, the service was disorganized and discourteous. I arrived with a private driver and was instructed to remain in the car because there were too many guests checking in. Staff wanted us to wait in the parking area, and I had to request to speak with a manager because my driver needed to leave and I could not simply remain outside waiting. After reaching reception, I asked about the hotel services and was informed that dinner reservations were required....

"4月中旬の軽井沢は通りには桜が見れました。11度くらいでさむいですが、5月は新緑がおすすめです。 清潔な客室でベッドは寝やすく静かな環境です。スタッフの方特にフロントの方、客室係の方は気持ちよく挨拶してくださり丁寧で気配りがあり、申請。うれしいおもてなしでした。 朝食は和食、洋食:アメリカンスタイルセット サラダセットヨーグルトやトーストにつけるジャム、フレンチトーストから選べます。サラダセットは美味しく頂きました。 朝食スタッフにより朝食の紅茶やコーヒーのおかわりや空いたお皿を片付ける時にお客様を急かすかのではなく、ゆっくり朝食をたのしんで頂く配慮が欲しいスタッフがいました。家族はお部屋に泊まることは満足しています。"

"Whilst the property was beautiful, and the onsen was immaculately clean, I felt that the resort could have done a lot more to create a more welcoming environment with more varied dining and drinking options. There was one restaurant and there were no afternoon tea or beverages served in the otherwise lovely lobby space. It felt very bare and slightly unwelcoming. The staff, whilst some were friendly, were for the most part quite cold and did not go the extra mile to provide for a warm and...
