"The property was very well located for the functions we had to attend. Having the Hotel below was great and made it easy to get a drink and a feed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very dated and in need of some renovation. Shower fitting was leaking quite badly. Mirror was high and facing the toilet. Chairs were 2 white stools not very comfortable for people in their 70's! Our stay of 3 nights while comfortable for the price paid was very poor value. I've stayed in hotels...

"Worst hotel Ever!! For 250 Usd you would expect a pretty decent hotel! This was far from it. Doesnt even have a restaurant!! The staff was very unwilling to help out on anything. I have never complained about hotels, but for the Price i paid and being a mercure which is not bad honestly i expected a lot more and our stay was super poor. Glad we only stayed one night"

"I had Hamza as a receptionist. He was amazing. He was very nice and genuine. It felt like I wasn’t talking to a robot and I was talking to somebody that cared about his job. He made this process very easy. I would rate service 5 out of 5 ! But I would rate my visit 3 out of 5 just due to the uncomfortable bed and pillows. Absolutely nothing to do with the service I got from the employees !! I cannot appreciate them enough quest Penrith should be really fortunate for the employees they have....
