"This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. "Despite the extremely dry landscape, this house and the surroundings really were delightful. It is a short drive to Euroa and the amazing Seven Creeks Hotel (we ate there twice) and Strathbogie and some hidden waterfalls.Everything in the house was beautifully appointed and clean. Definitely recommend a stay. We'd like to return is spring when hopefully the rain has come. "

"Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."
