A fireplace provides extra comfort on cooler days. The house is wheelchair-accessible and features a lift connecting the first and second floors. The ground-floor bedroom is fitted with a ceiling hoist capable of lifting a person in a wheelchair. Outside, the large terrace extends the living space, and a wheelchair ramp provides easy access from there. Thanks to its seaside location, sandy beaches are also within easy reach.



The seaside location means you’re within walking distance of Skudeneshavn’s shops, cafés and other amenities. This small coastal town is known for its well-preserved historic streets, traditional timber-framed houses and maritime atmosphere. Nearby sandy beaches are ideal for swimming, walks and peaceful days by the water, whilst the surrounding area offers several historic sites to discover. Coastal paths and viewpoints around Karmøy also provide excellent opportunities for walking and for getting to know even more of Western Norway’s rugged coastline.
