18th-Floor Penthouse with Hot Tub & Panoramic Views

Look out over Karlsruhe from the 18th floor, then unwind in your own hot tub. The penthouse sleeps up to nine guests and has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and three outdoor areas.

Sleeping and bathrooms
Each bedroom has a queen bed (160 cm / 63 in wide). Two sofa beds (140 cm / 55 in wide) are available, one in a bedroom and one in the living room. One bathroom has a shower, and the other has a bathtub with an overhead shower and screen. Linens, towels, a washer, a dryer and two hair dryers are provided. There’s soap at each sink and shampoo and body wash in the showers.

Cooking, working and relaxing
The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, plus drip coffee and Nespresso machines. Share a meal at the dining table or sit outside, where there’s an electric grill. There are two workspaces, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a smart TV with Netflix and Disney+. A crib (120 × 60 cm) and high chair are available on request before arrival.

Getting here and exploring Karlsruhe
The elevator serves the apartment floor. One free underground parking space is included, with a clearance of 1.90 m (about 6 ft 3 in). The Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), the Karl-Wilhelm-Platz tram stop, shops and restaurants are nearby.

Good to know
Parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., including outdoors. The penthouse may have noise monitors that measure sound levels without recording conversations. An exterior camera outside the apartment door records motion.
