    Our holiday flat for 2-6 persons is located in a quiet side street, surrounded by an allotment garden. Your car park is on the property. In the child-friendly village you will find everything you need. Shopping facilities, restaurants and the tourist information centre are also within walking distance (approx. 500 m). You can reach the beach in 10 minutes by bike or car. The dog beach is ideal for swimming and romping around. In the Tourist Information you will get competent information about all events and these are rich, in and around Karlshagen. The staff will also give you tips on what you can do on the island in the rare event of bad weather. Enjoy a carefree holiday, with us there are plenty of opportunities to escape from everyday life and recharge your batteries. Bike hire with children's and dog trailers, the wonderful cycling and hiking trails provide a sporting balance Usedom, the bathtub of the Berliner. And not just for Berliners. More and more sun-seekers are using the sunniest island in Germany for shorter or longer holidays. Karlshagen has blossomed into an impressive seaside resort in recent years. Here is the widest beach on the island, you won't feel like you're lying in a sardine tin, there's plenty of space for everyone. The Baltic seaside resort is located between the Baltic Sea and the Peene River in the north-west of the island of Usedom, surrounded by deciduous and coniferous forests, which extend right up to the dunes, where you will find surfing facilities, beach chair hire and a beach stage. Nudist sections and dog beaches are available. In the village there is a harbour with moorings and fresh fish sales, bicycle hire, nature conservation centre, railway station and shopping facilities, including on Sundays and public holidays.

    Our approx. 70 square metre maisonette flat has two bedrooms with double beds, blackout and fly windows and is equipped with smoke detectors. There is plenty of storage space for your luggage. Ironing board and iron are available. In the bathroom you will find everything you need, hairdryer, WC, shower, large shower tray, plenty of storage space and washing machine. The large living room is cosily furnished with a flat-screen TV and music system and can accommodate two additional beds if required. Games and books provide entertainment. The integrated kitchen has a hob with oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, raclette and dishwasher. A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge for small children. From the living room you can access the south-facing balcony with table, 6 chairs and parasol. You can also dry your swimming gear here. From here you have a beautiful view over a well-tended garden. There are benches and tables on the property where you can eat your own barbecued sausages after a sunny day of swimming. You can park your bikes in the shed. For shorter or longer walks, there are extensive meadows and woods in the immediate vicinity. An insider tip for fish eaters. Be sure to visit the harbour. (approx. 15 minutes on foot) Here you can get freshly caught fish directly from the fisherman. The smoked products and salads are heavenly. Fish solyanka and fried fish with fried potatoes is a must. Enjoy your meal. With a cold beer.
