I liked that i was looked atfer by the staff. They genuinely cared and helped out best where they could. Loved seeing the staff working beautifully together with much laughter vibrating around

We didn't even stay there for 10 mins have to look for another place but still didn't get my money refunded still waiting

Hi. We are sorry that your expectations of our park were not what you thought. You had booked our basic cabins which clearly shows in the pictures that these units use the shared bathroom & kitchen facilities. This price of these units should have also been an indicator that they are very cheap and affordable. I spoke with you regarding this and advised that you had made the booking directly online. The descriptions are very clear. If you wish to seek further clarity please contact us direct.

Wonderful location, tidy, well equipped rooms
Wonderful location, tidy well-equipped rooms, easy self check in, very organised. Nice view of the water from our front patio windows. Peaceful and quiet restful place. Lovely little beach in front.

Room was a bit run down and had a musky smell. Furniture was a bit worse for west with rips, cracks and chips. But the staff were friendly

Family paradise
Overall we had a great stay. Facilities and location were excellent. The room we had was a little dated and needed a good clean but it was well priced and suitable for our needs.

Don't book for villa, there's no room service at all, do everything by yourself, clean carpet? change bin bag? change towel? Who wants to do that during holidays. Very disappointing.

We advertise that there is no room service unless requested and then there is an additional charge. We would have been happy to service your Villa if you had requested it at the time of booking. It pays to read carefully.

The drain with the eels has lots of rubbish in it that needs picking up . Others wise place is awesome 👏

Thanks for your review, The creek (not drain) is cleaned regularly, when the banks are weed-eaten the grass goes into the creek but soon clears

Great location and view
We stayed for two nights in a Villa which had all the comforts of a motel although you need to be aware that it will not be serviced if you are staying for less than three nights. The view was amazing as the villa is on a higher level of the holiday park.
