"We arrived at this cute home after 24 hours of travel. We were so exhausted and were going to go out to dinner but had zero energy. We realized the owner had left us some staple groceries including a loaf of bread, and jelly. I had packed a tub of peanut butter and some chips in my luggage so we had the best PBJs and relaxed! Bonus there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge :) The view around the back was spectacular."

"We booked this townhouse as it was a short drive to our family in Hamilton (as well as all the previous positive reviews). It is close to all amenities.Our host was very quick to respond to my queries prior to arrival. The townhouse was very clean and warm (much appreciated coming from bitterly cold Christchurch).The parking is tight and garage is small (both were mentioned in the description). "Great property for our 2 night stay. Hobbiton around 20 minutes away by car. Plenty of restaurants in nearby Matamata. We particularly liked The Osteria recommended by Kylie our host. The property is spotlessly clean. Kylie provided us with a continental breakfast with freshly baked bread and homemade yoghurt. Kylie was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend "
