My little dog felt very at home and made new friends I chose the cottage because well priced, fabulous location close to walks, waterfalls the river and beaches. The cottage is cosy and well equipped with all you need. Linley and Dan are welcoming hosts, very accomodating and friendly. Enjoyed my stay and went home refreshed"

"We loved our stay! The pictures don’t do it justice, it is such a beautiful little bach, less than 5 minutes drive to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need, and the air conditioner was a lifesaver on the hot summer evenings. 10/10 would reccomend."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It’s a great rural setting with friendly donkeys. And close enough to the Karangahake gorge trails. The local swimming hole is a fun refreshing adventure. The house had everything you need and is very homely. Good selection of kids games and picture books."

"The photos look really nice so it was a little bit of a surprise when we arrived to see it what it was actually like. Mould on the textured ceiling in the bedroom and found a flea in one of the beds (after waking up with bite marks), we don't have any pets so we definitely didn't bring it with us. The unit was full of the owners stuff which cluttered an already small space and made it difficult to find a place to put things. The carpet in the bedroom looked to be original and everything felt...

"Niki was a lovely host and the cottage was a delight. It was warm and the lovely decor made it very cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and the deck was a great place to sit in the sun. Walking around the beautiful orchard and lakes was very relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommended . "We were woken at 4am with car alarm going off. Thank god they didnt take our car. They tried. Should have security lights at front. Also state stairs as i am 79 had a hard time going up steps."
