This luxurious summer house, located near the resort town of Olpenitz on the Baltic Sea in Northern Germany, is perfect for large family holidays or group getaways, accommodating up to 20 guests and three pets. The property features a spacious kitchen and living area equipped with two of everything - sinks, dishwashers, cookers/ovens, and ample fridge/freezer space. A long dining table and a cozy sofa area provide ample space for group gatherings.The house also boasts an activity room with billiards, table tennis, table football, darts, and a PlayStation 4, complete with a bar for serving cold drinks. Regardless of the season, guests can enjoy the indoor pool area, which includes a whirlpool, sauna, and a large swimming pool with Roman steps, a counter-current system, and a water slide.The eight double bedrooms are spread across three sections of the house, each with its own bathroom, while an additional loft space can accommodate six more guests, ideally children. The property has four bathrooms in total. Outside, a large, partially covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue awaits, along with a nearby playground. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
