Luxury holiday apartment on 2 levels right on the water near the beach with terrace, balcony, Finnish sauna and fireplace. This apartment is located in the western half of an apartment building and offers enough space for 6 people on 2 floors. The side to the harbor basin consists entirely of large and floor-to-ceiling windows on all 2 floors, so that a view of the harbor basin from the living / dining / kitchen area and from the bedroom is possible.
On the ground floor there is a large living / dining area with a fireplace, a sunny west terrace and a wonderful view of the harbor basin.
Whether cooking on the island or eating, the view of the stove and the harbor basin is always a pleasure.
On the ground floor, a bedroom with a double bed (1. 60 x 2. 00), TV and desk as well as a bathroom with bathtub and shower wall offer great comfort.
On the upper floor you will find two more bedrooms with double beds that share a bathroom with a Finnish sauna and a large shower. One bedroom is equipped with a TV, the other room has a great balcony with seating and a view of the harbor basin and the loop.
In the basement of the apartment, you can relax in the play and relax area at any time and spend exciting hours of play at the foosball table with your children.
The house has 2 parking spaces, which are located directly in front of the house.

On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

House Rules / Prices:
The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 6 guests.
A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 25.00 per person. The use of water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the service charge of EUR 169.00. Electricity is included in the rental price up to 100 kWh / week due to the sauna. Any additional consumption will be charged at 0.37 € / kWh on departure. The deposit of 200.00 euros is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
