The staff and condo were lovely. Very clean, beautiful view, loved the layout of the unit. My favorite part of the day was opening the shades and doors to the lanai in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. Our complaints were for the management side of our stay. The snorkeling gear was not waiting for us upon arrival. When it came it was obvious it wasn't cleaned or checked between visitors. The strap locks on one fin were broken off and all the mask/snorkel valves were blown. I snorkel and scuba dive so I know how to fit gear. My advice is to plan to buy your own mask/snorkel at Walgreens for 20 a piece.

Exceptional

Stunning property and this suite is lovely. Quiet and perfected located. Has everything you need. This unit was very clean and lacked nothing. The property is so well cared for and the people are so friendly. We had our family staying in other units and it Was so nice to be able to have the space and amenities that everyone could enjoy.

Excellent!

From start to finish, an excellent stay! The sunset view from the balcony was spectacular. Highly recommend this property. Convenient to shops and restaurants with car. Avoided Waikiki. crowded

A slice of paradise

We had a great stay at the Beach Villas - the resort is so wonderful. Only comments for this particular villa for future guests is we never received the remote for a TV that we mentioned was broken. It was taken by the onsite manager to no resolve, so as a guest, make sure all the equipment works during walkthrough. The hideabed is perhaps rusty as it would lock up easily and as an older couple, we had to ask for maintenance to come help open it - might be time to get a new one. The pillows for sleeping either need replacing or a good wash/sanitizing, they were a bit musty smelling. Other than that, everything was great and we loved our time there. Cheers!

Well thought-out

We needed an 'easy' option for vacation with young kids. This condo was great, it had everything we needed and more. It was clean, quiet, and there was a lovely lanai - ocean sounds + sunsets galore! Good layout, easy parking, and laundry in suite. Staff on site were friendly and helpful. Our kids loved feeding the koi. The pools are lovely, the beach is kid-friendly and protected, the path along the ocean is nice for a short stroll. Local restaurants were good though pricey. We loved having the 'instacart' option through the property management company so our groceries were already in the fridge when we arrived. Hawaii is spectacular and you could stay in a tent and still enjoy it plenty. We appreciated the comfort/extra amenities given we were travelling with small kids. To make this 6*, I would suggest: 1) making the 'being met by property management on arrival' optional. Everything is very straightforward so I think many families just don't need to be met. (We wasted a lot of calls/texts trying to coordinate and ultimately weren't met and it was fine!) 2) the appliances; they are high end but perhaps need some upkeep. The induction range is slow to heat up. The dishwasher does a terrible job, even loaded lightly (we have a similar model at home and it is great) - perhaps it needs to be cleaned? 3) set up the crib for families that request a crib 4) better mattress in M BR Thank you for the great stay!

Excellent stay!

The property is very well maintained, the pool is great and the condo itself was very clean and well stocked. The view from the deck is perfect for watching the sunset. We called Michael about early checkin and he had great communication about when it would be ready and we were able to check in a bit early. The lagoons around the resort are perfect for families and it’s really a great location. Would definitely come back here again! Thanks for a great stay!

Property was clean, well supplied and had great views. Furniture and decorations were nice and not overused like some of the other properties we’ve stayed at. Royal Hawaiian Beach Services is an excellent new addition to Lagoon 2 and makes spending the day on the lagoon much more convenient.

Best place to stay

This was our first trip to Oahu. We feel like we really lucked out to find such a gem. The location is amazing, literally you walk out on the beach. The sunsets are stunning and later in the day when it's hot you aren't hit with the sun on your lanai like several others. We enjoyed the condo, most of all it was very clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The water toys, chairs, wagon and cooler were a perfect touch for our daily lunch or dinner on the beach. Communication with Michael was good, we never really need anything but when we arrive to Hawaii he was helpful letting us know the check in process. We will definitely be back and most definitely stay in the same condo.

Wonderful stay!

This was our second time staying at the Beach Villas and first time in BT702. We called Michael when we got our rental car and he let us know exactly how long it would be before the unit would be ready (we arrived very early that day). He gave us tips on where to go before arriving to buy food and get food to eat. When we arrived at the Villas, Michael was very friendly and helpful. He showed us how to use the remotes with the TVs and how to use the washer/dryer. They had beach chairs and all the water toys we needed for our beach days with a wagon to haul everything. We had beautiful sunsets every night. I would highly recommend staying in this unit.

Wonderful property

Excellent property, nice neighborhood, great view of the ocean. The coves were great to swim in . Condo was excellent, top of the line appliances, the beds were very comfortable. Covered parking was great. All of the beach equipment provided was a nice touch.

Wonderful location!

This was our first time staying in Ko Olina. The beach villas were amazing. Spacious and comfortable. Loved the view from this unit! Extras that we used were in the storage closet - asking about those so you don't have to bring them is a great idea. Bring reusable bags to grocery store - or you will be charged for them. (love this concept). There were a couple in the cabinet to use also. There were beach towels that were great to use. Beach mats and some blow up items. The drying rack was a great addition. If you are renting a car - parking is wonderful but tight. A 15 passenger van would not have been fun maneuvering in the parking area. We had a mini SUV and it was fine. The beach is great - so is the pool. Lots of hot tub time too! Great having 2 options for pools. Restaurants in walking distance was nice and we cooked a lot - Costco and Target and grocery stores are very close by - but drivable distance. We also used Instacart before we got there and the groceries were in the unit when we arrived.

Beautiful condo with stunning views

We stayed here for 6 weeks. The condo and furnishings are excellent. The condo is very well equipped. The views from the lanai can't be beat with a beautiful Hawaii sunset view every day from there or from the beach bar. The owner is immediately responsive to any problems.

Owner neglected to tell us that one exterior wall of our condo is under construction. Forget about sleeping in or taking afternoon naps or staying in the condo during the day.

Amazing stay at Ko’Olina!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ko Olina Beach villas. The unit was gorgeous, had an amazing view, and all the comforts of home. While we did have a noise issue the property management company was quick to address it and resolve it. No one should ever expect an absolutely perfect stay but this company went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The unit is in the most perfect location on a gorgeous beach. My small children loved the pool and the beach. We loved the pool bar (Hi Dave!). I’d 1000% stay here again!

Perfect vacation

We had an amazing week in Ko Olina! The Beach Villas of Ko Olina were so beautiful and our lagoon (Lagoon 2) was never crowded! (The 1st lagoon towards Aulani was always packed as it serves Aulani and the Four Seasons). We even snorkeled and saw sea turtles in ours! The area is so cute with a few restaurants and shopping. (Some still closed…so we did venture out for dining else where a few times) It was nice to walk everywhere! We loved everything about it!

Beautiful sunsets! So peaceful!

This was our first time staying at Ko’olina. We are from Kailua so we typically stay there but not anymore. We loved it out on the west side! We had a gorgeous condo with a view of the lagoon, sunsets and Aulani and Four Seasons. All staff was super polite and welcoming. It wasn’t crazy and crowded like the Marriott. Would highly recommend!

Relaxing and refreshing stay
