This is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. As they say in real estate, location is everything. We were traveling with a toddler and our parents and this was our first time in Oahu. Ko’Olina and specifically the Beach Villas was perfect. It reminded me of the Kanapaali area of Maui in terms of the beautiful landscaping but the beaches were much more accessible and the units closer to the water. Our particular lagoon was the quietest. I loved the view of the lagoon from the lanai and my wife loved that we did not have any direct sun into the windows which could make things hot. The pool area of Beach Villas and the koi pond are spectacular. You could spend the entire week there. Cherie is an amazing host and communication was proactive and easy. The unit itself is exactly as represented in the pictures and so nice and well appointed. Having a cart to tote things to the beach was perfect. This was the ideal getaway and we can’t wait to come back!

Everything is top notch at this property! Most attentive property manager or owner I have ever experienced. The kitchen has all gadgets and cookware that could possibly be needed. We were very pleasantly surprised by all the beach gear that was available for use. Great views. Location is perfect—lagoon style beaches are steps away. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Would love to come back soon.

Perfect Vacation - Exceeded All Expectations!

What an amazing experience. The Villa shows exactly as advertised, actually the pictures don’t do it justice. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly want. Trust me, if it’s not in this unit - you don’t need it. From appliances to toys and games, beach chairs, beach toys etc, they have covered all the needs from infants to adults. We were met by Cherie who gave us a tour of the place and made us feel completely welcome. There are several restaurants and local shops all within walking distance.We spent 6 days in Waikiki and 6 days here….next visit we have decided to skip Waikiki and spend every minute here.The beach was quiet, relaxing and very family friendly.It was a pleasure to end each night with a view of paradise.

Our family loved our stay at the condo! We were there for one week and had a great time. Cherie was so wonderful with check-in and making sure we were comfortable during our stay. She even met us after midnight due to a very late flight, which made check-in and finding the parking spot and condo stress-free.The condo was very clean and had everything you could need. The kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of toys and games for the kids. My two young girls even found a box of toys in the second bedroom halfway through our stay and thought it was the most amazing thing ever. The view from the lanai is amazing, and it was so relaxing to sit there in the evenings and watch the sunset! There is a wonderful view of the lagoon and ocean.It was so easy to get to the pools and the beach! We visited the pool at least once every day. The beach chairs and toys were very convenient to have. The lagoon was not too crowded even in the middle of summer. Ko Olina is a wonderful area of Oahu to visit.We would absolutely stay at the condo again. They also had the best condo information website/packet that I have ever seen at a rental. Thank you for sharing the condo with us!!

Great location, very clean and well stocked rooms, easy and convenient for families (we brought 6 year olds and a baby), but it’s not overrun with kids like the Disney and Marriott reports nearby. The lagoon and beach out front are the best of the four! Also really enjoyed the walking/running path. We’ll be back! Amazing sunsets, too!

A relaxing stay in paradise

We had a wonderful time here. The views were gorgeous and everything was beautiful and as advertised inside. We loved the pools and the beach. We appreciated that there were beach chairs and equipment so we didn’t have to rent or buy them. Cherie was so helpful and knowledgeable about the property! We would definitely stay again!

Beach Villa Adventure

This was the perfect place for a family vacation. The location in KoOlina was absolutely spectacular, and the unit itself was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. The owners clearly anticipated the needs of their guests, even providing a helpful notebook with instructions for the apartment and recommendations for local attractions. Everything was designed with our comfort and convenience in mind. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning.

Peaceful and relaxing stay

We had a great stay for our first trip to Hawaii. Property is as described and pictured. It’s in a great location with a quick walk to the lagoon or pool bar. Loved having a dedicated underground parking spot for our rental call. Easy check-in process and like having resort staff and security on site. We found this resort to be far less hectic and much quieter than the other nearby resorts. Overall A!

Beautiful place

The property is beautiful, and the condo is well appointed. It had everything we needed, and is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed being near the other resorts and restaurants as well right along the lagoons. Had a maintenance need, which was addressed quickly. Highly recommend!

Delightful place to be with family

Our family of four stayed for a week in this lovely condo. Our other family members stayed in two other condos on the same floor--it was wonderful! The view from the lanai is really beautiful. We could see family members in the ocean lagoon with their float toys during the day and enjoy lingering sunsets in the evening. The kitchen is up-to date with all appliances and utensils needed to make meals throughout the week. Bedrooms/bathrooms were nicely updated. It was great to have a washer/dryer unit in the condo. We chose this spot for the lagoons--easy entry to the ocean and gentle waves for the younger kids in our group. We all spent hours immersed in water every day--ocean, pools, hot tubs--loved every minute of it! For more wave action we drove to the windward side of Oahu and played in the big waves (boogie boards and inner tubes) at Bellows Beach. Ko Olina is a great place for a family vacation!

Perfect unit for both relaxation and family fun

We had the most amazing stay at John’s unit at the Beach Villas in Ko’Olina. The villas are absolutely the gem of the lagoons - both the pool and beach are markedly less crowded and more homey feeling than those of the resorts. The booking process was seamless with superb communication from the property manager, Sherry. She was attentive to any questions we had and made sure to obtain all the information necessary for them to make our stay special. Upon arrival we were greeted by Neal who gave us a full rundown of the property and unit, really setting us up to take full advantage of everything there is to offer in Ko’Olina. The unit itself had everything we could possibly need. Beach wagon, beach and pool gear, fully stocked kitchen and toiletries to get us started. My only wish is that we had more time to stay there! It was so clean, peaceful and that’s coming from a mom of four. If I could find tranquility traveling with my family then anyone can! My kids had the best time and did not want to leave. We had ultimate peace of mind knowing we could return from our daily adventures to a place just as comfortable as home. We would stay in John’s unit again in a heartbeat or any property that Sherry and Neal manage. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Great location and amenities

We enjoy staying at Beach Tower because of the location. Close to restaurants and stores, and the lagoon is great. Wish the pool was a little bigger, with more chairs and umbrellas. The staff there are very helpful and service is excellent. This condo has a great location, fully furnished kitchen, lots of games, toys, videos…., and the beach wagon with chairs and beach items was a big hit with everyone. I’m sure we will be back.

Enjoyed every minute of our vacation here!!!

Amazing Location!

We absolutely loved this property from the amazing views to the comfortable and well appointed living areas. Snorkeling in the lagoon was our favorite part and we loved hanging out at the beach. Compared to the other lagoons, this one was not busy or crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed breakfast and dinner every day on the lanai. We highly recommend staying here and enjoying all that Oahu has to offer!

This is the perfect location for families. The property managers were helpful and responsive. The condo was perfect for our family of 5 (two adults and two kids and a baby). We will be back!

Great location

View from lanai is wonderful. Easy and quick access to pools, hot tub and beach. Friendly and helpful property managers, sherry and Neil. Kitchen bedroom and bathrooms very well stocked. Even had toys for the kids and games. Lots of beach gear. Only major drawback was that Unfortunately for our 8 day trip I packed only half the amount of clothes needed because of renting a condo with washer and dryer. The front loading unit smelled very bad and then come to find out didn’t drain. The property managers were amazing and there with in 10 minutes to look at the problem an hour later we thought it was fixed. Next day tried to do laundry again and same problem. Property manager again very responsive and had the maintenance there to look. They said the pump was bad and replaced with a loaner. Service was great unfortunately after all that, it was a tiny washer that again didn’t work well. These condos are beautiful but I think as they are getting to be older, owners may need to invest some money into newer appliances.

Beautiful Ocean View Condo

We had a wonderful week long vacation at John’s condo. The unit was very well appointed, clean, quiet and in a perfect location for us close to the beach with a great ocean view. And Sherry went out of her way to be an exceptional host, greeting us when we arrived, touring us around the resort and answering all our questions. We would definitely recommend this condo for anyone looking for a rental in the Ko Olina area.
